How do we capture web leads to Pardot in Wordpress. All attempts have failed.We have tried 4 methods and plugins with no luck.

Create a Pardot form (Marketing > Forms > Forms > Add Form)
Once complete, on the top right select the dropdown arrow next to "View Report". Click "View HTML Code"
Copy this HTML code and paste it into the WordPress page of your choosing. Make sure that the WordPress page editor is set to the code version, and not the WYSIWYG editor.
Save the page. Your form will be visible on the WP page and submissions will enter Pardot as new Prospects.

We use Gravity Forms in Wordpress and have a Form Handler in Pardot that accepts form submissions.
