G2 Launches Embedded Integration Platforms Category
As integration platforms as a service (iPaaS) continue to rise in popularity, developers and product teams are looking for a new tool to cover areas traditional iPaaS might not. In March 2022, G2 launched its Embedded Integration Platforms category to address an emerging area in the iPaaS space.

What Is Cloud Integration? Why Join On-Prem and Cloud Apps
Hybrid environments with clouds and on-premise systems make information technology (IT) delivery challenging.Organizations with multiple lines of businesses (LOBs) use multiple disparate software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications on top of existing legacy systems. These new applications become part of the IT ecosystem with little involvement from the internal IT team.
As a result, businesses suffer from security issues and a lack of data intelligence. The way forward for these enterprises with a hybrid SaaS and on-premise applications lies in simplifying application integration. Businesses must adopt an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) software to aggregate, integrate, and manage cloud and non-cloud services reliably. iPaaS systems enable organizations to unify applications, integrate cloud data, manage application programming interfaces (APIs), automate workflows, and visualize business intelligence.

Relational Junction works on-premise, in a private cloud such as Amazon EC2, and on Sesame Software’s cloud. Sesame’s cloud is strictly for managed backup and recovery of Salesforce data, and there is no customer access to the database. Customers have complete access to the database in on-premise or private cloud deployments, enabling data warehouse access for reporting and integration. A Relational Junction server must be on the same local network or data center as a traditional database. There is no such proximity restriction for API-based data.

As the name suggests, iPaaS is a development platform for building integration applications. It provides a set of services and capabilities for integrating applications in the cloud and within the enterprise. The core tenets of iPaaS are the same as PaaS, except the services on the platform are geared towards integration. In addition to some base expectations such as multi-tenancy, elasticity and reliability, iPaaS also provides intermediation of data and events, orchestration, a service container for publishing REST and SOAP services, strong security capabilities, and monitoring and developer tooling.

An integration application is one that integrates two or more applications or services. This may be as simple as synchronizing Salesforce.com data to a local database to creating a mashup using Google Apps, Facebook, and Salesforce.com. These applications perform functions by grabbing data from different sources and publishing it to a new location or as a REST or Web Service. In the traditional 3 tier application model an integration app represents the data tier through connectivity to application data and the service tier through logic used to combine, transform and route this data to consumers.

Yes! File a support case to enable global deployments for your account. CloudHub applications can be deployed to: US (East), US (West), Europe (Ireland or Frankfurt), and Asia-Pacific (Sydney or Tokyo). Administrators can set the default region on the Organization tab in Account Settings, but that region can be adjusted here when the application is deployed, if necessary.
Note that applications deployed to Europe automatically have their domain updated to http://myapplicationdomain.eu.cloudhub.io. Similarly, applications deployed to Australia automatically have their domain updated to http://myapplicationdomain.au.cloudhub.io.

Great question, and it reminds me of my good university days when I was struggling to make my code work.
During my tenure at architects bali (https://inspiralarchitects.com/) I learnt several skills, but I would like to conclude with the some of the points that I got it from my seniors:
1. You should be well aware of the oops content, and pattern.
2. Abstract classes and interfaces
3. Java keywords - static, Final, volatile.
5. Generics
most importantly, every java script developer have deep knowledge about databases.
