G2 Launches Embedded Integration Platforms Category
As integration platforms as a service (iPaaS) continue to rise in popularity, developers and product teams are looking for a new tool to cover areas traditional iPaaS might not. In March 2022, G2 launched its Embedded Integration Platforms category to address an emerging area in the iPaaS space.

What Is Cloud Integration? Why Join On-Prem and Cloud Apps
Hybrid environments with clouds and on-premise systems make information technology (IT) delivery challenging.Organizations with multiple lines of businesses (LOBs) use multiple disparate software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications on top of existing legacy systems. These new applications become part of the IT ecosystem with little involvement from the internal IT team.
As a result, businesses suffer from security issues and a lack of data intelligence. The way forward for these enterprises with a hybrid SaaS and on-premise applications lies in simplifying application integration. Businesses must adopt an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) software to aggregate, integrate, and manage cloud and non-cloud services reliably. iPaaS systems enable organizations to unify applications, integrate cloud data, manage application programming interfaces (APIs), automate workflows, and visualize business intelligence.

Question on: UiPath Agentic Automation
What is an Element token and how do I find it?
Element Tokens
Show More
Element tokens are the unique strings that we use to verify the identity of element instances. This token is used in the Authorization header sent in many requests including all requests that use a specific instance. You may have seen some requests in our API docs require the element token to be provided in the Authorization header.
Finding the Element Token:
From the Elements Catalog, click on the blue bubble which has the number of instances you currently have active for the underlying element.
While hovering over the desired instance, click "View Token".
The token should be displayed along with a convenient button which will copy the token to your keyboard if clicked.

Question on: UiPath Agentic Automation
What data does Cloud Elements store?
Data Storage
Show More
On any normal API call we will not log the data that was sent or received. Cloud Elements, by default, does not retain request/response bodies unless specifically configured otherwise for debugging purposes. However, request/response metadata such as the url, method, and timestamp is retained for 180 days. Any customer data is immediately destroyed upon account deletion.
Here are some examples of when we do store data and for how long.
Bulk
For Bulk, because bulk is an asynchronous job the data must be stored so that it can be downloaded when the job is done. Like Formulas, this data is stored for seven days before being deleted.
Formulas
On formulas, the data that is sent and received on API calls will be logged in the debug log. This data is stored for three days before it is deleted. This data may include request and response values, if they are present in your formulas.
If you are concerned about compliance, it is possible to turn off formula logging.
Events
The data received by polling and webhook events is stored in the event log. Event data is retained for seven days after which it is deleted.
If you have further questions or would like more details on our data storage policies, contact your account manager.

Question on: UiPath Agentic Automation
Does our product have to be an Element in your catalog to use your service?
Do I need to be an Element
Show More
No, it does not. In most cases, our customers embed our RESTful APIs into their app - so in that case, being an element in our service is not required.
