G2 Launches Embedded Integration Platforms Category
As integration platforms as a service (iPaaS) continue to rise in popularity, developers and product teams are looking for a new tool to cover areas traditional iPaaS might not. In March 2022, G2 launched its Embedded Integration Platforms category to address an emerging area in the iPaaS space.

What Is Cloud Integration? Why Join On-Prem and Cloud Apps
Hybrid environments with clouds and on-premise systems make information technology (IT) delivery challenging.Organizations with multiple lines of businesses (LOBs) use multiple disparate software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications on top of existing legacy systems. These new applications become part of the IT ecosystem with little involvement from the internal IT team.
As a result, businesses suffer from security issues and a lack of data intelligence. The way forward for these enterprises with a hybrid SaaS and on-premise applications lies in simplifying application integration. Businesses must adopt an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) software to aggregate, integrate, and manage cloud and non-cloud services reliably. iPaaS systems enable organizations to unify applications, integrate cloud data, manage application programming interfaces (APIs), automate workflows, and visualize business intelligence.

Question on: Cleo Integration Cloud
Did anyone integrated CIC with Shopify?
I'm integrating the CIC with Shopify but the inventory process is not running fast that I need. If you implemented, could you contact me? Thank you.

I've integrated with shopify. Using cleo products it can be near realtime if using shopify published APIs. Shopify will sometimes limit the number of connections. Look at the store settings. The higher $$ monthly subscription allow more connections. Currently integrated with 4 separate shopify accounts.
How are you integrating with shopify?

Question on: Twilio Segment
What is the best way to do QA of tracking implementation?
Is end-to-end test for each event needed or combination with manual testing is enough?

My experience tells me that I always need to do end-to-end testing, just relying on that whenever an event ends up in segment, it will also end up in the destination in the right way, won't do.
But, with that said, each event defined in the source and checked in the destination, seems to be enough.
One lesson learned, is that sometimes a destination 'tells' us they accept a value as integer or datetime, but actually needed it as string.
It's those things that make segment sometimes a bit tricky to implement.

Question on: Zapier
How do I get my Stripe Active subscriptions once a day?
I would live to know how many active subscriptions I have in my Stripe account. Once a day.

Setup a zap with a "Webhooks by Zapier" trigger, that activates on requesting a Zapier URL, then setup a "Digest" step that gets released every day and then a Gmail Step that sends an email to yourself with the info. Then go to zapier webhooks and add the zapier url, you can then refine it by filtering out anything that isn't a subscription.

you can get your active subscriptions from Stripe once a day by either using automation or code. • Use Zapier with a daily schedule trigger and select Stripe → “Find Subscriptions” with status set to active, then send the data to email, Google Sheets, or Slack. • Or use the Stripe API with status=active and run it daily using a cron job on your server. • Turn on the automation or scheduler, and it will automatically fetch active subscriptions every day without manual work.
