G2 Launches Embedded Integration Platforms Category
As integration platforms as a service (iPaaS) continue to rise in popularity, developers and product teams are looking for a new tool to cover areas traditional iPaaS might not. In March 2022, G2 launched its Embedded Integration Platforms category to address an emerging area in the iPaaS space.

What Is Cloud Integration? Why Join On-Prem and Cloud Apps
Hybrid environments with clouds and on-premise systems make information technology (IT) delivery challenging.Organizations with multiple lines of businesses (LOBs) use multiple disparate software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications on top of existing legacy systems. These new applications become part of the IT ecosystem with little involvement from the internal IT team.
As a result, businesses suffer from security issues and a lack of data intelligence. The way forward for these enterprises with a hybrid SaaS and on-premise applications lies in simplifying application integration. Businesses must adopt an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) software to aggregate, integrate, and manage cloud and non-cloud services reliably. iPaaS systems enable organizations to unify applications, integrate cloud data, manage application programming interfaces (APIs), automate workflows, and visualize business intelligence.

Question on: Cleo Integration Cloud
Did anyone integrated CIC with Shopify?
I'm integrating the CIC with Shopify but the inventory process is not running fast that I need. If you implemented, could you contact me? Thank you.
Test your speed with this fun game https://drifthunters.online
Although I’ve come across similar discussions many times in the past, your approach brought a new angle that made the topic more interesting and engaging for me to read and think about https://curverush.com
Cleo Integration Cloud can support Shopify-related integration workflows when companies need to connect eCommerce order, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, or ERP data with broader EDI and B2B processes. The right architecture depends on the specific Shopify objects, transaction volume, downstream ERP/WMS/TMS systems, and whether the workflow also needs EDI documents such as 850 purchase orders, 856 ASNs, or 810 invoices.
If inventory updates are not running at the speed required, review the flow design, polling or trigger model, transformation steps, API limits, error handling, and downstream system response times. In many cases, performance tuning is less about Shopify alone and more about how the full order/inventory workflow is orchestrated across Shopify, ERP, warehouse, and trading partner systems. Cleo's team can help evaluate whether the current setup should be optimized, scheduled differently, or redesigned for higher-volume processing.

Question on: Zapier
Can you reduce the steps while setting triggers and actions?
I want as an admin to complete the integration processes easier. Sometimes the more steps make me confused.
Yes, Zapier can reduce steps by making the setup process more straightforward.
They could add pre-made templates for common tasks and simplify multi-step automations with a drag-and-drop system.
This would save time and make it easier for anyone to set up workflows without confusion.
Yes, my best advice is to finalize the functionality you want to do in the drawing board than create more zaps and tests.
