What's your plan when having the need or begin moving to another task/project management tool? Do you first communicate the change that's planned to all employees? Who gets access first, or every people at the same time?
Trial and error was hard. Caused me some Problems but was ultimately worth it as I have a deeper understanding of its capacities now

Does Jira Service Desk have the capability to start and stop a service ticket to meet SLA requirements?
Yes it's based on work flow status, if your looking to do time sheet / manual stop start based on actual work you can use Tempo Time plugin. But for SLA reporting the inbuilt functionality is great.
