[Is there a way to have an Excel file of a report be sent to my email each month?](/discussions/is-there-a-way-to-have-an-excel-file-of-a-report-be-sent-to-my-email-each-month)

I would like to be able to have a Microsoft automation handle the processing of the custom reports I pull for 35 properties each month. I currently do it manually, but it would take a lot off my plate if an automation could do it! I know that I can schedule the report to be sent, but it usually just sends a link to the document and my automation is currently unable to access that link and download the file on its own. Is there a way to schedule the reports to be emailed as an Excel attachment each month instead of just a link?

For most modules you can set up automated reports to be emailed to you. PDF, CSV, and Excel are available for most modules. While I am told they are working on it, survey reporting cannot be pulled into CSV or Excel for some bizarre reason.

Julio, thank you for your questions and patience. Totango support forms, however not in a PDF format. As for triggering responses, we can absolutely trigger pre-populated email responses based on specific events or triggers, for example, if a client gives a concerning NPS score in an email, we can trigger an automated response email. It doesn't rely on a hyperlink but actually triggers a separate email response. Please let us know if you have additional questions or if you would like to set up time for a demo.
