Question on: Kudoboard
Who owns Kudoboard?
Who owns Kudoboard?
I don't understand this question? Do you mean the company that owns the software or who among our staff owns the account for our company. If number one, I think it's actually Kudoboard. If #2, it is me.

What are the top 3 companies that come to mind when you think of employee recognition program service platform?
What are the top 3 companies that come to mind when you think of employee recognition program service platform?
I have no idea how other employers recognize their employees. I can only speak for my department here at WellSpan, there is not a lot of opportunity for advancement in the lab. We have a "level" program but it's not really talked about. If you ask new employees in the lab what does it mean to be a Tech II, Tech III, or a Tech IV they would not know. In fact a new phlebotomist at York Hospital in conversation had no idea about the levels. Why excel at your job when there is nothing to strive for. There is such a high turn over for phlebotomist here at York Hospital because most people think of it as a stepping stone and not a permanent career. When I first started here 10 years ago it was not like this. Full-time positions rarely became available because people stayed. Not anymore and that needs to be looked at by Leadership.

Question on: Snappy
How much does snappy cost?
How much does snappy cost?
The cost is dependent on the gift. For our company the gift amounts range from $25 to $100. However, the final cost will include taxes and curated fee
My company was able to join with no start-up fee and we just pay for the price of the product our employees choose + shipping/handling fees (15%). So in theory, it costs as much or as little we want it to.
