Question on: Everlaw
Will you all ever change the folder structure?
Regarding the processing file structure - I couldn't agree more! This is beyond frustrating and adds unnecessary steps to look at the order of documents as kept in the ordinary course of business. I do not understand why a software that is intended to help us be more efficient and orderly, processes docs from smallest to largest and essentially scrambles the docs up in some random order. Everlaw prefers the opinion of their own team to those that use it. Infuriating that the docs get thrown in the air and placed in whatever order they land. I despise "workarounds" to what should be a simple task to go into a db and see the docs in order. No visualizing, no locating a document set and choosing some other order...just in order from the start.

They have folder structure. You can either go into a dataset and click on the folder icon in the review menu or you can go through the visualize and navigate through the file path.

Hi and thanks for your question. There are two different uses of "folder" in the Everlaw platform. If your question is related to processing of data, Everlaw retains the original file folder structure, which is browsable and searchable. If the question is about home screen structure, the Everlaw platform allows users to re-order their folders on the left-hand side of the home screen and drag-and-drop them where they wish. Hope this is helpful! Please feel free to reach out to us at contact@everlaw.com or (844) 383-7529 with any additional questions.

Lexbe enables the most efficient utilization of your document review resources with Lexbe intelligent perpetual review. Document reviewers operate at different speeds and therefore Lexbe automatically allocates documents to the available reviewers and doesn't "lock-up" documents in a cumbersome review batch with a slower reviewer. Therefore, Lexbe supports the dynamic and intelligent allocation of documents.
