Question on: Nextpoint
Is there a dictionary or index you can create to help quickly explain many of the terms and features
There are many terms and features in Nextpoint that require further training or elaboration. Perhaps a quick guide would help eliminate all the time needed to learn how to use the software. A simple reference guide such as, "To download, you need to export. To upload, you need to import. etc." For now, the Nextpoint Help Center helps answer a lot of these questions either through their guide or video tutorials so this helps save a lot of time to learn how to use this program.

Question on: Relativity
What is the best way to use Relativity for general project management / task assignment?
Because of Relativity’s strong platform capabilities, many organizations implement project management and task assignment workflows alongside legal and compliance workflows. The Relativity Legal Hold application features built in task tracking to manage custodians, IT requests, and HR requests (https://help.relativity.com/RelativityOne/Content/Relativity_Legal_Hold/Tasks.htm).
Setting this up in new cases yourself is also easy to do. As an admin, create a new object to store all task information. Then create fields to store information on requester, assignee, and task details. Finally, create views that expose or hide tasks based on status or task assignees. Custom applications can even send emails or execute jobs when tasks are assigned. For more information, don’t hesitate to speak with our workflow experts by emailing solutions@relativity.com.
