Because of Relativity’s strong platform capabilities, many organizations implement project management and task assignment workflows alongside legal and compliance workflows. The Relativity Legal Hold application features built in task tracking to manage custodians, IT requests, and HR requests (https://help.relativity.com/RelativityOne/Content/Relativity_Legal_Hold/Tasks.htm). Setting this up in new cases yourself is also easy to do. As an admin, create a new object to store all task information. Then create fields to store information on requester, assignee, and task details. Finally, create views that expose or hide tasks based on status or task assignees.
