I prepare schedules for tendering purposes for the execution of the project and sometimes revise the schedule in between the project when; after losing time, I reschedule the project the requirement of resources increased abnormally I want to skip this requirement
The Project schedule forecasts better if we have a detailed breakup of tasks. However, if we have a detailed breakup of the tasks, it is difficult to assign cost to these activities as the costs are available at a much higher level of the Project BOQs. Additionally, putting actual cost is also a difficult tasks.
My query is that there is alot of time we have tostart from basics due to clerical or minor typing mistakes of activities duration and we can reschedule our project again and we have to restart the complete process and this causes the loss of time and energy so it must be addressed.
