# What is the best way to carry our EVA in Primavera P6.

The Project schedule forecasts better if we have a detailed breakup of tasks. However, if we have a detailed breakup of the tasks, it is difficult to assign cost to these activities as the costs are available at a much higher level of the Project BOQs. Additionally, putting actual cost is also a difficult tasks.

IMO, Earned Value Analysis is better and useful if performed in high level.
