If not, is there an external way to do it? There's no native tool for creating actions in Krita. About any external tool I'm not aware if there's any. If you want to keep it open while you download the brush set, drag up safari or whatever you’re using to download and put it next to procreate to split the screen. Then you can do it with both open.
