A few Word features people often overlook can really clean up how documents look. Using Styles instead of manual formatting keeps everything consistent and saves a lot of time. Section breaks are great when you need different layouts in the same document, like changing headers or page orientation. I also rely on Format Painter to quickly copy formatting, and the Navigation Pane to move sections around without messing things up. Little things like proper paragraph spacing and alignment tools make documents look much more polished with very little effort.
