Question on: Adobe Acrobat
Differences between free and paid versions?
I currently use the free version, but have been prompted a few times to upgrade to the paid version of Adobe Acrobat. Are there any key differences?

The free version is only a PDF reader and the paid version is used to create and manipulate PDF files.

There is a lot of features that are not available with the free version that are available in the paid version. You will be able to make minor corrections, page order and other task with the paid version.

Question on: Google Workspace
Is there a way to set up a mail merge list in Google Docs that then works for Gmail?
I'm wondering if there is a Google Docs + Gmail hack that can be a work-around from using Mailchimp. I love Mailchimp, but sometimes I need to send (somewhat) mass emails from my own company account, not the email account associated with our Mailchimp profile. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You've got a couple of options! MailChimp offers a Google Docs add-on called Merge that allows you to send to a list of emails directly from Google Docs and Sheets. It's easy to set up and free. You'll get some basic reporting information too. If you're interested more information can be found here:

Another option, which I'd recommend if you'd still like to use all of MailChimp's features, would be updating the reply-to address in the setup step of the campaign builder.

Hi Elli,
There are a few options in this instance. The first would be to update the reply-to address when creating a campaign to reflect your company's desired reply-to email. The following guide can help walk through how to do that:

If you did not want to use MailChimp, there is a Google Apps add-on called Merge that will allow you to send from Google Docs+Gmail. More information can be found on the following page:

I have on occasion needed to share a doc with yahoo, hotmail, and other email accounts. Is there an effective way to gather the edited versions and sync them back into Google Docs?

Actually, this feature is now supported! I'm very happy to see that.
Right-click on your document in Google Drive. Click Share... => Share.
It mentions "Who has access" and by default, it shows Private - Only the people listed below can access. Click Change... and then click "Anyone with the link". Click "Save". Copy and paste the "Link to share" URL and email it to friends/colleagues. I'm glad they have this functionality.
