(space is limited in most formats, so it needs to be important information and you need to consider why the user might need it) * What is the best format to use to present the information (modal, slideout, tool tip, hotspot or some combination of these)? * Which users do I want to make this information available to? * How many times should I display the information for each user? * Should the user be able to recall the pop-up from the menu? * Do I need to provide links to more detailed information or video content? Each format provides several standard template layouts, so you can quickly create professional and consistent pop-ups. For more advanced users, you can create each pop-up using HTML and CSS from scratch if you wish - giving a lot more control and flexibility for the look and feel of your material.
