Corporate Learning Management Systems Discussions
We’re a small business searching for a corporate learning management system (LMS) to help with employee onboarding, ongoing training, and compliance tracking. We need something that’s easy to manage without a dedicated L&D team, affordable, and flexible enough to grow with us.
Here are some platforms we’re considering on G2:
- Rippling — Known for HR and IT management; how strong is its learning module?
- Zoho Learn — Tightly integrated with Zoho tools; is it intuitive for non-Zoho users?
- iSpring Suite — Great authoring tools; how well does it support small-team rollouts?
- Paycom — Strong in HR; how robust is the learning side for small businesses?
- Trainual — Designed for small teams; does it deliver enough depth for long-term training needs?
If you’ve used any of these (or other LMS platforms), I’d love to hear:
- What led you to choose that system?
- How has it worked for your team’s training goals?
- Any lessons or recommendations you’d offer to someone starting their LMS search?
Your experiences could really help point us in the right direction. Thanks in advance!
Has anyone tried using these platforms for cross-functional training, not just HR onboarding? We’re hoping to upskill people across teams, but don’t want to set up a separate system.
I am trying to choose a good corporate learning management system to replace the current corporate LMS within our software stack. What do you think about my current shortlist? I’m open to other picks!
Rippling: Rippling is an all-in-one platform that seamlessly integrates HR, IT, payroll, and spend management. Let me know your thoughts!
Even though we are a large company and mainly focus on enterprise-level solutions (https://www.g2.com/categories/corporate-learning-management-systems/enterprise), I am open to considering free tools and other specialty software.
