If I log a note in Bullhorn or another CRM, I would like to know how long it takes for the metric to show up in insight squared. This way, I could share the information with the rest of my team as we are always unsure how long it truly takes. 15 minutes or so is what I am thinking.
It would be helpful to get data on calls you make from your phone and not just through a screen share provider. Many of my calls are still through cell phones.
In case I want to propose my colleague from another company to use your software, which variant would be the best?
