Managing the Convergence of the Physical and Virtual Office
It’s already been established that remote work culture isn’t going anywhere. However, that doesn’t mean offices will simply cease to exist. Many companies are offering flexible work environments for their employees, building in the option to work from home for part of the week. This shift to a more hybrid working environment will require some changes to the workspace with the convergence of the physical and virtual office.

Depending on if you are a team leader or member you have many options to introduce Miro. Remember, you can't force people to accept change or a new tool. Figure out (ask) what works or doesn't work with your current collaboration tools. Are people multi-tasking during a Zoom call? Are people reluctant for a new tool? Slack is too flat and so much text is unwieldy. A recipient can easily misinterpret an email's meaning, plus a list of recipients is difficult to manage.
1. Setup a board and use Miro in your Zoom/Go-to-meeting call
2. Create a game or team-building event in Miro and have a lunch & learn
3. Work with your biggest detractor to make a Miro board to share
4. Make a Miro board of Communication Wins and Losses

Once I used that option, and it was an excellent tool, but when I change to an educational account couldn't find that option anymore.
