They have great tutorials, short, and engaging. Also if you get them to sign in to collaborate on a board, they will most likely find their way around because it is very intuitive, and start learning by doing. Honestly, students and colleagues that have collaborated with me on Miro have liked it a lot.

We have found that it isn't about the number of people logging onto the board but limiting the number of screen captures on the board. Unfortunately, for now, we have many and it sometimes takes multiple attempts to get folks into the board. That said, Tablet users are limited as Miro only allows 25% of the tablet resources to be used, so if someone is having issues and are on a tablet, upgrade their hardware or have them go through the desktop. It works well with Microsoft Edge.
