Managing the Convergence of the Physical and Virtual Office
It’s already been established that remote work culture isn’t going anywhere. However, that doesn’t mean offices will simply cease to exist. Many companies are offering flexible work environments for their employees, building in the option to work from home for part of the week. This shift to a more hybrid working environment will require some changes to the workspace with the convergence of the physical and virtual office.

There are various special methods to access assembly preferences for a scheduled meeting:
In Teams, go to the "Meetings" calendar button, pick out a meeting, then Meeting Options.
During a meeting, pick out More Actions the More Options icon at the top of the assembly window, then Meeting Options. A panel will open on the right, and you can trade the preferences immediately from there.
Another way to access the meeting in the course of the assembly is to choose the Show members icon in the assembly controls. Next, at the top of the participant list, pick the "Manage Permissions" icon to control contributors in Microsoft Teams.
instant meetings
Once you begin a meeting by selecting the Meet Now button (either from a channel or your calendar):
Choose Show Participants Show the participant's icon in the assembly controls. You will see a listing of all people in the meeting.
At the top of the menu, pick out the Manage Permissions icon Manage members in Microsoft Teams to go to the Meeting options.
Another way to get there for the duration of a assembly is to select More actions at the top of the meeting window, then Meeting Options. A panel will open on the right, and you can trade the picks without delay from there
