Jason, thanks for reaching out! I'll send you a sample CSV that makes BEC implementation seamless. You're also welcome to try a feature called Directory Integrations, which auto-integrates into O365 and Google. Essentially, all your VIPs get auto-loaded for protection. The feature can be found here: https://horizon.area1security.com/settings/directories/manage-directories
More info on Directory Integrations is available at https://area1security.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036421654-What-is-Directory-Integrations-

Question on: SpamTitan Email Security
PLease add select option into History of Message Reports. Please add hourly incoming and outgoing
Hi Mushfiqul - this is Merry from G2. According to SpamTitan, currently they only schedule a quarantine reports once per day. In lieu of an hourly report, however, users can request an on demand report from the bottom of their quarantine report. https://www.spamtitan.com/articles/faqs-about-quarantine-reports-561/

Question on: Proofpoint Core Email Protection
How is it possible to limit the quaratine folder. I still have too many mails quarantined.
We receive several thousands of emails per day. The quarantine folders are quite big. We are looking a way to improve the filtering but despite the many rules we have configured, there are still lots of quarantined emails, and false positives too. I would love a kind of AI in proofpoint :)

Report False positives to Proofpoint Threat team so they can fine tune the detection for your environment.
It may also be that your rules send everything to a single quarantine folder. You could separate them into separate folder such as bulk mail, SPF fails, Spam etc via spam policies so its easier to scan through and release.
