Unpaid invoices haunting your dreams? Managing multiple clients and tracking expenses can turn into a nightmare for fast-growing small businesses. The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Accounting
Accounting is one of the most important, yet daunting and expensive departments in almost all companies.
Accountants oversee all financial operations of a business to help it run smoothly and efficiently. These include preparing and analyzing financial statements (e.g., cash flow, income statement, balance sheet), paying taxes on time, and maintaining the companies’ general ledger (GL). All these tasks require a great deal of human interaction that takes time and money; no matter how careful an employee may be, there is always the chance for human error, which could snowball and lead to devastating financial results in the future.

Question on: QuickBooks Desktop Pro
What plans are there to migrate the features from quick books online?
Qbo has some additional features but I do not some of the features with qbd. Are there any plans to bring in all the features to qbd pro?

My understanding is that QuickBooks Desktop is more in "Maintenance Mode" right now. I would not expect big new features added to desktop.
As an example, if you go to quickbooks.com, you can not navigate to Desktop without looking for the links at the bottom of the page. There are no links in the body of the pages.

Slim to none, I would guess. Intuit intensified its development focus into the online products some years back with hopes that the desktop community would obediently migrate over so they could obsolesce it. I don't think it has materialized quite as they had hoped, as many users are loyal to the robust desktop products that have been historically more feature-rich and economical than the online portfolio. I'm not saying that QBO won't ultimately be as powerful as QBD, but in its early years it seems to have been more focused on online capabilities and conveniences (banking, billpay, payroll, etc.) than core accounting processes as compared to QBD, IMO. So bottom line is that there is little to no new development going into the desktop suite of products.

Question on: ConvergeHub
What is the best way in setting up the SMTP email integration component of Convergehub without you moving your company emails away from your own host provider?
We have tried setting up the SMTP email integration but this has ended up with our company email moving from our own SMTP server across to Sendgrid which cause our emails to experience non-delivery and also the inability to login to our email accounts as that had been moved to SendGrid.

In ConvergeHub you can set up your own SMTP settings or can use the ConvergeHub SMTP engine. ConvergeHub can work with your mail provider, Amazon SES, SendGrid, or anything similar. In the event, you would like to use ConvergeHub SMTP then unless you allow your mail provider to acknowledge or authorize the mail relay from ConvergeHub, the mails are most likely end up in the SPAM or Junk folder. This can be managed very easily by setting up the SPF and DKIM record in your mail server/provider. This process will ensure the mails are showing up in InBox when sent via the ConvergeHub mail relay.
Setting up SPF and DKIM records depends on your mail provider; I have shared a step by step instructions in case your mail provider is Office365:
Generate SPF and DKIM record: https://a.cl.ly/5zuXx21w
