At our company we work using CI/CD based on 2 weeks sprints. WE use applause as remote testing platform basically for Exploratory testing on Staging environment on every sprint and QC once release is on PROD.
For some specific features that require more complex validation we also use specific test plans for them to execute them in a specific testing cycle.
Also we request UX feedback with a Quick short survey that allow us to detect the weakest points of our site regarding UX.
For us the most important value that Appluase gave us is the remote testing from local native testers that bring us the real feedback with local technical performance, and culture (cultural background and native language) that in other way would be almost impossible to get.

Question on: ProdPerfect
How do I know your tests represent full coverage? If users are doing something on your site with any consistency, we’re testing it. There is always a chance that a user will find a novel way of moving through your application, and if you have edge cases you care about, we can ensure they’re covered. In the end, no testing service or product will get “100% coverage.” We cover at least 65% of all observed behavior on your application.

Question on: BrowserStack
SecurityWhat data is stored by BrowserStack?
BrowserStack does not store user data or credentials. Each of the products, however, generate usage logs and test history, which we save for the benefit of our users.
Automate generates logs, in raw, text and visual formats. These logs are available to users for debugging reasons. Similarly, Screenshots saves earlier test sessions in history, so that a user can access them later. Live does not generate any data. Please refer to our security documentation for more information.
We also gather information about usage statistics, in order to better understand the needs of our users. These are for analytical purposes and do not contain any private user data.
