BrowserStack does not store user data or credentials. Each of the products, however, generate usage logs and test history, which we save for the benefit of our users.

Automate generates logs, in raw, text and visual formats. These logs are available to users for debugging reasons. Similarly, Screenshots saves earlier test sessions in history, so that a user can access them later. Live does not generate any data. Please refer to our security documentation for more information.

We also gather information about usage statistics, in order to better understand the needs of our users. These are for analytical purposes and do not contain any private user data.
