Before Grammarly It is terrific, however there are some glitches. Sometimes when you ask it to improve the selection, it doesn't sync with the content. Be sure to proof everything you re-write with Grammarly. Also, you might find a few better sentences, so I don't always changethe whole document, but select a few sentences from a passage that are better constructed by Grammarly. After Grammarly: "It is a great tool to improve writing, but there are some glitches that need to be addressed. At times, when you ask it to enhance the selection, it fails to synchronize with the content. Therefore, it's recommended to proofread everything you rewrite with Grammarly. Moreover, you may find that only a few sentences require improvement, instead of changing the entire document. In such cases, you can select those specific sentences and let Grammarly suggest better construction."

Question on: Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing

Many people use Intuit Mailchimp mainly for sending newsletters or promotional emails, but I’m curious how others are using it in different ways.

For example, some teams use it for customer onboarding emails, event promotions, product updates, or automated follow-ups based on user behavior.

If you have experience with Mailchimp, I’d love to know:

How are you using it in your workflow

Which features have been most useful for you

Any creative or less common use cases that others might not be aware of

Looking forward to learning from the community and discovering new ways to get more value from Mailchimp.

Hey Dharamveer, that's a great question. Using Mailchimp for only newsletters leaves a ton on the table. The biggest wins I've found are in behavioral automation, like using the Customer Journey Builder to send different follow-ups based on what people actually click. Set it up once, and it runs itself. A few other things worth trying: landing pages for lead capture (no extra tools needed), quarterly re-engagement campaigns to keep your list clean and your deliverability healthy, and combining tags + segments for highly-targeted audiences. Using tags and segments together allows you to get really precise. On the feature side, Send Time Optimization and the AI subject line tools are underrated time-savers. And if you're on a paid plan, the predictive targeting in audience management is worth exploring. I'm looking forward to seeing what features other folks are using.
