Anyone else having trouble posting?I am having trouble doing reviews for two companies. Due to this problem, I can't get my coupons. I sent a message to customer service, the response is ridiculous. I sent a message by email, the response is the same. I tried to write a review to complain, they took down my review. Any response is "read the center of what can or cannot be done," but they don't mention the problem so we can solve it. Fix this now!

Sneaky auto-renewal clause in ZoomInfo contractApparently ZoomInfo includes a sneaky auto renewal clause in their contract that was never mentioned in sales conversations and they seem to be railroading us into renewing another year against our will. I'm really surprised by this business practice. The've been a useful platform for us, but the price tag is beyond what makes sense for a company our size. I would hope they have enough confidence in their value that they wouldn't have to engage in strong-arming their customers to renew. Anyone else have an issue with this? Suggestions for a solution?

I am having the same issues with them. However, they are in violation of the auto renewal act in my state. The contract is void and unenforceable. You should check this in your state.
