Question on: Laivly
[How long does it take to get up and running with Laivly?](/discussions/how-long-does-it-take-to-get-up-and-running-with-laivly)

For those who've implemented Laivly, how long did it take before your team was fully up and running and seeing value?

Most Laivly customers are live within weeks, not quarters. Because Sidd connects through the interface layer instead of requiring new API integrations, initial rollout doesn’t wait on IT builds or vendor timelines, even across legacy systems. We start by prioritizing your highest-impact use cases so you see measurable results fast, then build out a roadmap for additional workflows from there. Basic setup and agent onboarding tend to be the quick part; teams typically need more time to fully explore Sidd’s more advanced features, like Sidd Studio’s workflow builder. This is normal and something your Laivly account team supports throughout rollout, not just at launch.

Question on: Laivly
[Does Laivly require API integrations, or can it work with our existing/legacy tools?](/discussions/does-laivly-require-api-integrations-or-can-it-work-with-our-existing-legacy-tools)

We have a mix of legacy systems and custom tools. Curious how easy it was to get Laivly working without major integrations or development effort.

Laivly typically uses APIs when available; however, APIs are not required for it to work. Sidd works at the user interface level, the same way one of your human agents would: logging in, clicking through screens, pulling and entering data. That means Sidd can automate and assist across virtually any system you use today, including proprietary platforms, legacy tools, and anything that doesn’t offer an API or wasn’t built with integration in mind. You don’t need to wait on a vendor roadmap or take on a rebuild to get Sidd running. It connects to what you already have, including CCaaS platforms, CRMs, and back-office systems, and any access it needs is scoped, permissioned, and logged to match your existing security policies.

Question on: Laivly
[What is Laivly doing to improve transcription accuracy?](/discussions/what-is-laivly-doing-to-improve-transcription-accuracy)

Transcription quality is important for our workflows. Has anyone noticed improvements over time, or can share how accurate Laivly has been in real conversations?

Transcription is an area that does come up in our reviews. We treat it as core product work, not a support queue ticket. We continuously retrain and tune the models behind Sidd’s transcription, with a particular focus on accents, dialects, and edge cases like alphanumeric identifiers, the most common gaps flagged by users. Sidd is also built with a human-in-the-loop model, so agents stay able to review and adjust what’s captured rather than depending on the transcript alone. If a specific accent, language, or use case is causing repeated issues for your team, your Laivly account team can prioritize it. That’s the kind of input that has shaped past accuracy updates.
