Freelance work is great until you have to deal with invoices, expenses, and taxes all in separate places. Trying to find the best-reviewed accounting app for freelancers that actually simplifies this has been a bit of a challenge. A few tools from the accounting space that caught my attention: QuickBooks Online: seems like a dependable choice with solid automation and features that help manage finances without too much manual effort. Sage Intacct: looks more feature-rich, especially around reporting and financial visibility, though it might be more than what a typical freelancer needs. NetSuite: feels like a powerful, all-in-one platform designed for scaling, but I’m not sure how well it fits solo workflows. For freelancers here, which accounting app has actually worked best for your day-to-day needs?
