How do i update the company branding in the top left of the platform?
Hi Ryan, Only admins in the account can update company records if you are an admin then simply go to Configure > Settings > Details > Edit (pencil icon). From here you can change any information we have on file for your company.

Admin Resetting user's Passwords
Is there a way for me as an admin to reset people's passwords? As we have staff struggling to log in and it would be easy to reset their password and do it for them instead at the moment I am having to log into their Gmail then log in to breathe for the first time.
Hi Ed,
As the Admin you can reset a user's password by heading to the employee's profile > user access > reset. You can also do this from the 'Reset passwords' report if you need to reset in bulk.
