# Admin Resetting user's Passwords

Is there a way for me as an admin to reset people's passwords? As we have staff struggling to log in and it would be easy to reset their password and do it for them instead at the moment I am having to log into their Gmail then log in to breathe for the first time.

Hi Ed,

As the Admin you can reset a user's password by heading to the employee's profile > user access > reset. You can also do this from the 'Reset passwords' report if you need to reset in bulk.
