Short answer: probably here: https://www.levelaccess.com/accessibility-testing-tool-requirements/ I don't know of a single specific product or service known as "Level Access Testing." Level Access provides consulting and training around accessibility. Several of their offerings involve "testing" a web site or app for accessibility. These include automated testing (where computers look for common stumbling blocks) and manual testing (where human users who have a disability attempt to complete tasks and identify issues). Way too much. $5,000+ for just 500 urls scanned. Don't join - got into a deceptive 90-day contract renewal period that trapped us for a whole year. Tried to cancel with advanced notice for the company 50 days ahead of the renewal period and the sales person alerted us that we couldn't and we were already renewed. What a shock. Very very disappointed.
