I am not sure how to use the scheduling tool in Time and Attendance for our salaried employees. I'd love for the system to show that a normal workday is 7.5 hours and that we are not open on the weekends so that time off requests are submitted correctly.
I find great difficulty in terms of having employee get to the learning content. The most frequent feedback that I received while using SAP for learning purpose it that content is boring, doesnt not have engaging features to keep the employees stay with learning programs.
The reason I'm asking is because we mainly focus on external sourcing and the use of candidate talent pools, but we might miss out on search features or extra best practices.
