We are just entering the e-commerce world and are trying to find the best platform to fit our needs. We use NetSuite and are trying to decide if it would be better to go with Shopify or SuiteCommerce. Any advice?

I need the ability to keep my clients in my system and talk with them after the sale is complete, I need to send them files and they reply to me, and I do not want to do this via email, I need a front end user interface for my clients, is this possible?
