If my organization is not selling hardware, they are just selling SAAS, but they want to know while quoting which other hardwares customer will be using, what is the best way to set up this kind of structure? Do we need to create those other hardware SKUs or should they be tied along as attributes.

How do you combine duplicate records, ie, same person entered with 2 emails, and need to track all the communication from both records, combine for ease?
