What do you like best about ZyWALL USG/40/40W/60/60W?

Zyxel routers and firewalls are very powerful. In my opinion, they are the best in their class, even outperforming appliances 2-3 times more expensive. Awesome LIVE tech support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
