What do you like best about Zyene Reviews?

I like that customers get a customized review link at the right time, and that review requests run on autopilot. Zyene Reviews uses AI to respond in my brand voice, so I don’t have to spend time writing responses. The review monitoring saves me time too. I find the SEO and Avo fixes buttons, email marketing campaigns, and negative review shield helpful. The tools save me time, customers are happy, and the prices are reasonable compared with competitors. With the Toast integration, customer data comes into Zyene Reviews automatically and review requests can be sent automatically. I also found the demo helpful, onboarding smooth, and setup easy—it took less than 10 minutes to link the Gmail account connected to my GMB account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyene Reviews?

I think the integrations could improve as Zyene Reviews is still in the starting stage, though there are already a lot. I don’t have any specific improvements in mind right now, and it’s good for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
