**What do you like best about Zuper?**

I love most of the options avilable in the platform. On top of it all the options to add colours on fields with even the colour code for specific colours. You can also easily personalize and add custom fields. It does what we need. It's user friendly and very intuitive. Just lovin it!

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

Honestly don't know what to say here. I think most people write reviews when they're not satisfied and it's important to also do it when we are satisfied. I'm just here to say that we are very satisfied with the product, the support and help that we are receiving from every members of the team so far.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving us lots of time and helping us manage our jobs way easier while having geolocation of our team members on the field. The integration with Zoho One applications is very important for us so again time-saving and helps us to pass the information seamlessly!

I enjoy the calendar and how easy it is to create recurring jobs.

the way i view invoices/quotes/ reports for building quotes and invoices and jobs.

i am able to schedule multiple teams and have an administrator manage everyone efficiently.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

They have a very solid platform and are always making improvements.  The customer service has been excellent.  When there is an issue they are quick to resolve it.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

Initially, there were some bugs that had to be resolved.  They have been quick to address these though and have followed up to make sure they are working correctly.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrates well with Zoho, so as Zoho One users that has been critical.  It is the best option for Field Service Management that integrates with the Zoho One ecosystem.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Zuper make it easy for real-time tracking, tech scheduling, real-time inventory management all in one app. We can assign different tasks to our tech nationwide and track the progress in real-time

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

So far I didn't find anything that I personally didn't like. But  It took a while to get it started but was worth it since we were able to sync Zuper with our existing software so we didn't have to change our current processes.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit for us is that it is all in one platform, our employees can just work on Zuper and Zuper will update all our existing platforms and cut downtime for our employees. Also, cut down almost to zero all the spreadsheets that we had since we can upload them in Zuper.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Our communication with our field service teams has been streamlined now. I like the option of custom checklist of jobs, notes and the option to upload pictures. We have been looking for that wiggle room for customisation for a while I think we have found zuper

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

I'd appreciate more assistance on the custom fields. There are a lot more options in zuper that we haven't ventured into yet.

We have used it primarily to streamline our field service operations. We have customers coming to us with different requests. Being able to pass on customer request to our field agent/team with notes and checklists has done the trick for us.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Zuper allows for many API Integration. It fits our already established ecosystem perfectly. We're taking advantage of Zuper's content management system as well for easy booking, then translating into work orders, and in providing an overwell better-personalized experience to our customers.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

Nothing I dislike in particular. The map feature can be improved better based on the regions.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a field service management software that would fit in with our already existing CRM ecosystem. Zuper fits our organization so that we don't have to overhaul our work processes as a whole or in part. The downtime in setting up also has been incredibly low.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Integrations. Since it has an open API it has been a pleasure to connect to other platforms. At the moment we are creating the orders from Freshdesk, sending invoices to Scrive and all the status are updated automatically using web hooks.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

There has not been any reason to dislike anything. I have had dozen of video chats with the developers and they have really taken their time helping us. Extremely recommended.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are handeling tickets in Freshdesk and whenever field service is needed, we are creating an order directly on Zuper. Once the order is closed, we are updating the ticket in Freshdesk automatically.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

I like that I can use it on my mobile, on my tab, or on my computer depending on where I am and how busy I am. The live updates always keep me in the loop, which is absolutely essential I feel. What's more, Zuper gives the team reminders of field service appointments and an option to give your customers an ETA of our agent which is fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

I cannot sync my Google calendar with Zuper. That’s the only thing that I can think of.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuper came of use in keeping our teams and customers informed. Any delays in the job or if there’s rescheduling, the service personnel can raise the issue, and the information gets delivered to customers as well. There’s definitely increased customer satisfaction because of it.

Simple and straight to the point while offering you customization and flexibility. Amazing integration with most of the Zoho One applications needed for your company.

So far nothing to complain or that we didn't like. Truth is there is no perfect application so as close as it can get to your perfect business process then you know it's the best FSM on the market for your company

For us the integration with Zoho One and most applications like CRM, Books & Inventory. Having all the custom fields information being sync is saving a lot of time to the team and making sure that the employees on the road have all the details needed easily accessible to do the job properly.

That it's an all in one package for our service based business.  It allows us to schedule are technicians and the mobile app is excellent.

The user interface requires a bit of optimization.

It allows us to schedule our technicians and to manage their job schedules. By looking at the dashboard we can see all technicians on one page.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

It was very useful for us an organization since we always wanted a proper dispatch board in place. Zuper has an excellent job calendar in place and we wanted a platform to integrate our zoho suite and the integrations here are good.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about the software. We can have more mobile app comprehensive but other that, it's just unbelievably easy to understand and use.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuper solves the problem for not switching multiple tabs when everything is available in a single interface. They have very easy approach to sort items with their drag and drop option. It has saved us a lot of time and effort

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Very flexible FSM that can be integrated with a multiple Saas solution like Zoho Ecosystem. As Zoho Partner, it is our way to go FSM software when our client such features. We are able to integrate it to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory. API and Webhooks are available so we can easily develop our own custom workflows without depending on Zuper support.

Some kind of network for Zuper users so we can keep up to date about the news and new features.

**Recommendations to others considering Zuper:**

I recommend working with a consultant if you planned to integrate it to another application. Proper thinking needs to be given to defining a pragmatic approach that is compatible with your processes.

More efficient dispatching of employees and Work Orders, better management of assets and properties.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Zuper is a comprehensive platform for businesses, of any size, across industries that provide any form of service. It allows for quality control by configuring checklists and processes that ensure not a single step is missed by a company representative while dealing with a customer. Moreover, it brings about efficiency, transparency, and accountability as each activity can be tracked with time stamps and customer feedback.

The best thing about Zuper is how easily configurable it is, from both the front-end and back-end, to meet the needs of its users. As it is built on a modern platform, Zuper can be easily integrated with almost any other solution, ensuring that it sits perfectly within the current system architecture of any business.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

I have yet to come across anything to dislike within Zuper. The technical and care team is attuned to the business users' needs, wherein any business requirement is understood, the customizations are done and implemented relatively quickly.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Zuper, we were heavily reliant on manual paper-driven processes for our logistics and after-sales service activities. As a result, we had no visibility of efficiency and costs. Moreover, we struggled in customer care as we could not provide immediate responses to our customers. The paper trail had to be followed before we could offer a credible answer.

I have used Zuper to digitize our logistics and after-sales team thereby eliminating paper and manual processes. We can track efficiency by monitoring how long each activity takes by each team member, thereby setting internal benchmarks and tracking costs diligently. We have improved customer experience by enhancing the ease of access and status visibility of their delivery/service requests, including live tracking and automated notifications/alerts to both users and to customers where required.

As a zoho partner, we are used to implement the Zuper solution for Zoho users. Zuper FSM stands out for its flexibility and the team works to improve the solution according to the practices of its users. A complete solution for FSM management.
We love working with Zuper team because there available and efficient in integrating custom solutions.
Zuper is very flexible so we can integrate it easily with multiple Saas solutions like Zoho, Quickbooks, etc.

New features are rapidly implemented. More communications about those updates would be nice.

For our customers
- better visibility on work order planning 
- better efficiency of field crews
- more accurate tracking of installed equipment

All the apps which have been integrated well and zuper is an amazing tool to use for small businesses. It's been easy to keep track of all our employee's activities and the analytics page reports along with feedbacks were very easy to handle and understand.

There is nothing as such to dislike about the product. We love it!

Zuper has helped us to build better relations with clients and we were able to handle all the employee log in details along with proper check in and out, proper workorder, timesheet management were all extremely effective.

The possibility the field coworker attach the photos of the services.
All the history of the services in the profile customers
The chat in the services to communicate with the team.
The easy access to the photos and the service report.
Customize reports
The mobile app it is important to the field coworker access to the information of the customer, share information with the backoffice. It is a user friendly application.

The dispatch board isn't not automatized for our daily work.

Great customer service, very responsive. Happy to listen to their client's problems.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

Some buggy elements: field navigation (often shows the wrong address as it searches the name of the business instead of using the direct address). Not very open to changes such as including the checklist when using a workflow to get to the next status.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assign to team: taking this element and putting it in the name. Benefit: clients can create a short code within the notification section and use this for any customisation.

A very easy solution to onboard and to start using. Setting up your business process flow is as easy as "drag and drop".

I have seen Zuper grow for the past two years and they have managed to rectify all the cons of the product.

One of the biggest issues in the field service business is the lack of visibility of the agents on the field Zuper solves this issue seamlessly and in a minimally intrusive way.

Zuper is so easy to work with! at the same time you can do so many things with it, since the settings options are countless. it adapts so well with a lot of different businesses, from AC companies to cleaning or even food delivery. Best FSM tool I have ever used, and it interacts beautifully with a lot of Zoho products. Really love it.

1) We wanted to make sure that the employees were actually on the site performing their duties. Zupersoft helped us bigtime on this front with its attendance management system that had selfie feature, GPS tracking feature etc. providing us with real-time updates of our employees’ location and progress.
2) We wanted the app to be more than just a window. Zupersoft was very helpful with our request and did some heavy integration with our backend system and some third-party partners in no-time.
3) We also noted that the time for the field service providers to get in and use the product decreased by 50 percent because of its user friendly UI
4) It completely eliminated manual intervention. From clocking in to clocking out, assigning tasks, automatic status update on tasks, generating customized reports etc. everything can be performed here.

Very simple to use & offers easy customization of our workflows. The Drag & Drop configuration was 
 a breeze to modify the fields without any assistance. The training team was helpful in assisting our users during initial days after we rolled out the solutions. Support team is also very proactive and helped us a lot in setting up the system. The mobile app is very fast and the in-app chat comes handy to text with our field teams and keep track of all the messages as well.

None in major. Mobile app can be simplified for field users. There were initial hiccups in adopting the system, but once the users got used to it, we were able to benefit a lot.
