What do you like best about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?

The app for your phone was very helpful for when we all started working from home back in March. Pretty much able to use all the same features as if you were at your desk at work. Call using your cell phone, but the number that appears is actually your work number. I was able to work from home without giving out my cell phone number. When at my desk I love that I am able to just drag and drop the call to another person's line rather than transferring using their extension number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zultys Integrated Contact Center?

Hard to figure out on your own, but once we received a training on the system and were shown all the different features, it became much easier and helpful. I'm not on the phones all day, so I can't really find anything that I dislike. But for what I use the system for I have no issues. I haven't really heard of any complaints about the system from my co-workers either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zultys Integrated Contact Center:

I would recommend this system as I have found no issues with using it. You won't be disappointed if you need a phone system and decide to give Zultys MXIE a try!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zultys Integrated Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to talk and chat between coworkers is very helpful. Helps with time management. I am able to copy and paste a number into the system or click call back rather than typing the number into the phone itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
