What do you like best about Zubtitle?

-Extremely accurate voice recognition software that cuts down on the amount of editing you have to do afterward

-Intuitive breath breaks in the audio

easy to customize logo, font, progress bar, etc without being too feature heavy

-Produces a transcript too, which is awesome if you want to convert the video to a blog post

-Pricing is fair for the number of videos you can subtitle

-Can go back and re-edit even after using one of your 'credits' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zubtitle?

-Time limit for videos is 30 mins on their best payment plan

-Would be nice if there was a speech recognition sample that you could upload to improve the machine learning algorithm over time. Otter.ai has this feature which would be a highly beneficial addition to the Zubtitle offering

-If customers could add a database of frequently used words that keep coming up, that would also improve editing time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zubtitle:

Think about how many videos you may edit a month before moving forward. You are assigned a certain amount of 'credits' based on your payment plan, so consider that. You do get rollover credits from year to year, which is an excellent customer experience feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zubtitle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manually uploading SRT files or trying to edit subtitles within a video editing software is beyond tedious. Zubtitle allows me to quickly upload and edit my teaser video clips and finish within 30-45 mins. You have to realize that your audience may not be in a place to listen to your videos, but I promise you they will watch it if you have subtitles.
