What do you like best about Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud?

What I like most is how seamlessly it replaces clunky VPNs. Rather than dropping users straight onto the network, it securely connects them only to the specific apps they need, which drastically reduces the attack surface. What do you dislike about Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud?

Setup and policy management can become overwhelming, since the admin console is fairly complex and comes with a steep learning curve. When problems do come up, troubleshooting things like granular app-level access or routing delays can feel opaque and hard to pinpoint. Full SSL inspection also occasionally disrupts legitimate legacy apps or internal workflows. On top of that, the high licensing costs can really sting for smaller teams. What problems is Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

It eliminates the security risks and lag of traditional corporate VPNs by connecting users directly to apps, rather than exposing the entire network.
