What do you like best about Zscaler Zero Trust Browser?

I appreciate the simplicity of accessing resources without the constraints of a VPN, as well as the enhanced security through web session isolation and precise access control according to the principle of least privilege. The solution simplifies Zero Trust access, and the user-side deployment was smooth, without the need for heavy agent installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zscaler Zero Trust Browser?

I sometimes notice slight latency on very heavy or interactive web applications due to remote isolation. The initial configuration of security policies and control rules is quite complex to grasp at first. Setting up access rules, fine-grained permission segmentation, and alignment with our identity provider required time for adaptation and thorough testing. I secure remote access without the constraints of a VPN or its overly broad access to the local network. Browser isolation blocks the download of malicious code and sensitive data leaks, simplifies access for employees and external consultants, and ensures compliance with security policies.
