What do you like best about Zotarc Technologies?

What really impressed me was their deep, deep understanding of marketing automation. They weren't just coding; they understood the nuts and bolts of a ManyChat-like system – the flow builders, segmentation, broadcasting, analytics all of it. Their development team was incredibly agile and responsive to our feature requests and all the tweaks we needed, ensuring the final product was spot-on with our vision. Communication was consistently top-notch; they were always transparent about timelines and any bumps in the road. The platform itself is super robust, scalable, and surprisingly user-friendly, which is a huge win for both our internal team and when we eventually onboard clients. What do you dislike about Zotarc Technologies?

If I had to pick something, it would be that the initial phase of nailing down the exact scope and every single feature felt a bit drawn out. Given how complex a ManyChat clone is, there was definitely a learning curve on our end to articulate every tiny detail, and at times, it felt like we were doing a lot of the heavy lifting on the functional specifications.
