What do you like best about Zoomlogi?

Real-time tracking visibility across the full delivery lifecycle, combined with a support team that actually understands our operations. The platform integrates cleanly into our existing workflow without adding overhead for our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoomlogi?

As with any growing platform, there's a bit of a learning curve on the reporting side when you first start pulling custom views. Documentation has improved since we started, and the ZoomLogi team has not only been receptive to feedback on this, but they encourage critical feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoomlogi solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZoomLogi eliminated the visibility gap between "prescription shipped" and "prescription delivered." That gap used to generate a steady stream of inbound patient calls and staff time spent chasing carriers for status. Now our team spends less time on delivery status inquiries and more time on patient care, and patients have a better experience because they know where their medication is.
