The best Contact / Company database out there." 5/5 What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo? This box isn't nearly big enough. The features and functionality of Zoominfo are light years beyond the competition. It covers every industry you could need. The depth and breadth of information are incredible: titles, emails, phones, addresses, what CRM they use, how much revenue they generate, etc. Beyond the product's core functionality, two other things stood out. The integration with Salesforce is sublime; your SFDC data goes from messy and full of holes to clean and complete in a few clicks. Lastly, the quality of their onboarding/support team is second to none. These are great folks that go above and beyond to make customers happy. We're thrilled to have this in our stack. But if you are a company that can afford to spend the money, it will pay back in many multiples of incremental sales generated. My only suggestion would be to wait until you have enough sales traction to commit to the expense. As our sales rep was fond of saying, it is the "growth fuel" for your sales department. We also need good company information to segment our outbound marketing properly. Our reps were spending WAY too much time digging around for information instead of doing outreach and meetings.
