I mainly use Zoom Workplace for online meetings, team discussions, follow-ups, and keeping track of information shared during calls. What I like most is that I can continue from a meeting without having to depend completely on my own notes. I regularly use AI Companion, Meeting Summaries, Transcripts, Team Chat, and Cloud Recordings, especially when a discussion has several points that I need to revisit later. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace? When several meetings happen around the same time, I sometimes end up with multiple summaries, chats, and recordings to go through. What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you? I mainly needed a better way to keep track of what happened after meetings, rather than simply having a tool for joining them. Important details can easily get lost when several discussions happen during the day. With summaries, transcripts, recordings, and chat available alongside the meetings, I can return to previous discussions when I need them.
