## Zoom Workplace Reviews
 ### 1. Zoom Makes Group Meetings Effortless with Powerful Collaboration Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David E. | Interaction Content Designer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom is a great video-conferencing platform that makes it easy to host group meetings. It also has extra features like polls, breakout rooms, reactions, voting, recording, transcriptions, and other special tools, which is helpful for collaboration between teams. I also think the UI of the platform is quite easy to navigate and use.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Some dislikes I have with zoom is centred around its app. Most times after opening the Zoom app, my webcam automatically comes on without my request. Additionally, the app randomly crashes after a while, which can be very frustrating. It's also difficult sometime getting support in tackling some issues I come across.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps collaboration and communication between teams easy. Instead of using different tools for meetings and chats or scheduling, Zoom brings everything together in one place. It helps save time and effort, and make collaboration seamless. Also, the addition of Zoom AI makes it even better because I can easily summarise meetings, compose messages and emails, drafting, and transcribe conversations.

 ### 2. Simple, versatile, and highly recommended!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelo B. | Responsable de Cuentas a Pagar GRUPO BERMEJO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how simple it is to use Zoom Workplace, even for people who aren't very tech-savvy, I find it very versatile. The ease of sharing a file, a PowerPoint, an Excel, or any task done to share on screen allows interaction with everyone connected at the same time. Additionally, the initial setup process for Zoom Workplace was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes, depending on certain connections and the distance between users, smooth interaction is hindered by service interruptions or micro-outages, requiring equipment to be restarted.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoom Workplace:**

As I have already mentioned, when you are genuinely reliable with your computer security shields, they will undoubtedly be a global success!

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to easily bring together engineers, architects, and controllers in one place. It's simple to share files and presentations, which encourages real-time interaction.

 ### 3. Reliable and Easy-to-Use Platform for Work Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis F. | Gerente de Mercadotecnia Digital, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is very reliable and extremely easy to use. I mainly use it for work meetings, and it works consistently well without technical issues. Scheduling meetings, sharing presentations, and collaborating with team members is very straightforward. One of my favorite features is the AI meeting assistant. The automatic summaries are very accurate and capture the key points and action items, which saves a lot of time after meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Overall, my experience has been very positive. If anything, some of the advanced features could be easier to find within the interface. Other than that, the platform is stable and works very well for everyday professional communication.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace makes it easy for teams to communicate and collaborate remotely. It helps us run efficient meetings, share presentations quickly, and keep everyone aligned even when working from different locations. The AI-generated summaries are especially useful because they reduce the need to take manual notes and make it easier to review what was discussed after the meeting.

 ### 4. Seamless Meetings with Powerful AI and Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronith D. | Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love using Zoom Workplace because it's always been my favorite platform for its easy access, and I've never had difficulties connecting. I find their recent addition of AI helps me to plan for my calls and as a note taker, it works fantastic at making sure I stay on track with follow-ups. I also love that Zoom ensures I never have more than one appointment by checking all my appointments. It's easy to integrate with all my other platforms like HubSpot, Gmail, Apollo, and LinkedIn. The initial setup was simple, which I love.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It can feel a bit expensive for me, especially since I’m a small agency.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for easy access and reliable connectivity. It helps plan calls with AI, tracks follow-ups, integrates with platforms like HubSpot and Gmail, and keeps appointments organized, making scheduling effortless.

 ### 5. Simple and Reliable Tool for Everyday Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anson D. | Software QA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy and reliable it is to use for meetings. Joining calls, screen sharing, and chatting all feel very simple and smooth. It works well even on average internet, which makes it dependable for daily use.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is the 40-minute limit on the free plan, which can interrupt longer meetings. Also, sometimes audio or device settings can be a bit confusing to manage. Overall it’s minor, but could be smoother.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication by bringing meetings, chat, and collaboration tools into one place. It helps me stay connected with my team and work smoothly even when working remotely. Overall, it saves time and makes collaboration much easier and more organized.

 ### 6. Zoom is a staple in my Technical Support skills toolbox

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meg A. W. | Technical Support Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how I can easily switch virtual backgrounds depending on which client I am working with.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The ability to allow others to share their screen is often hit or miss. I tend to have to make them the host to allow them to share their screen. Also, when I try to share my screen after having attended a previous first Zoom meeting, it only allows me to share the White Board or Zoom screen. I have to leave the meeting and completely restart Zoom in order to have all of the options to share. Lastly, where did the option to share my entire desktop go? It is REALLY frustrating not to have that available when I am collaborating with colleagues.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me resolve customer issues faster by letting me see what they are doing. Zoom really illustrates the idea that a picture is worth a 1000 words.

 ### 7. Smooth Meeting Links, Virtual Agent Summaries, and a Helpful Digital Whiteboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Akshay M. | Annotator, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom is very smooth when it comes to sharing meeting links, and I also like the new feature, the Virtual Agent. Whenever I join a meeting late, I ask the Virtual Agent to summarise what has happened so far so I can catch up quickly. I also find the digital whiteboard helpful because I can draw sketches and convert them into actual images, which makes it easier to share ideas during the meeting.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Actually, I’m used to Zoom now, but when I first started using it as a beginner, the UI and overall interface felt very overwhelming. It has a lot going on, and the layout can feel cluttered, which sometimes makes it confusing to navigate. Compared to FaceTime or Google Meet, Zoom felt less straightforward at the beginning.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace keeps a summarisation or transcription of the meeting, so we can easily create the minutes of the meeting. It’s also beneficial for me because I’m always overloaded with meetings, and it helps me keep a clear summary of what happened in each meeting.

 ### 8. Unified Meetings, Chat, and AI Tools That Boost Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka R. | Process Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings meetings, chat, collaboration, and productivity tools into one unified platform. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, and the interface is generally intuitive, which makes collaboration much smoother for remote and hybrid teams. I also appreciate the built-in AI Companion features that help with meeting summaries, note-taking, and task organization, saving time and improving productivity. The ability to integrate with other workplace tools and customize workflows also makes it flexible for different working styles

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that some advanced collaboration and AI features can feel overwhelming or fragmented compared to simpler communication tools. The platform can also become resource-heavy during long meetings or when multiple apps and integrations are running simultaneously. In larger organizations, managing notifications, chats, meetings, and collaboration spaces in one platform can sometimes create information overload. Additionally, certain premium features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may limit access for smaller teams or individual users.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is solving problems around remote collaboration, communication fragmentation, meeting productivity, and workplace coordination. Many teams struggle with scattered tools, missed information from meetings, inefficient follow-ups, and difficulty collaborating across remote or hybrid environments. Zoom Workplace brings meetings, chat, phone, docs, scheduling, and AI-powered productivity tools into one platform to reduce context switching and improve teamwork.

Its AI Companion features also help automate repetitive tasks like meeting summaries, note-taking, action items, and follow-up communication, which reduces manual work and helps teams stay aligned.

This benefits me by making communication faster and more organized, especially when working with distributed teams. Features like automatic meeting summaries, collaborative chat, and integrated productivity tools help save time, improve accountability, and reduce the chances of missing important information or action items. It also makes remote collaboration feel more seamless and efficient

 ### 9. Zoom Workplace: Reliable Video & Audio with Intuitive, Feature-Rich Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hari o. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its reliable video and audio quality, intuitive interface, and seamless meeting experience. Features like screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms, and calendar integration make collaboration effortless, whether we're meeting with clients, coordinating with remote teams, or conducting internal discussions.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The desktop application can sometimes be resource-intensive, especially during long meetings. Occasional updates require restarts at inconvenient times, and some advanced collaboration features are limited to higher-tier plans, which can be restrictive for smaller teams.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace enables seamless communication and collaboration across distributed teams and with clients. It reduces the need for travel, simplifies virtual meetings, and supports productive discussions through screen sharing, chat, and recording. This helps us make faster decisions, improve client interactions, and keep projects moving efficiently regardless of location.

 ### 10. Effortless Scheduling with AI Notes, Summaries, and Google Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor C. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It is extremely easy to set up meetings and with the use of AI it can even help track the meeting and take notes so nothing is missed. The summaries are perfect to skim over for reminders on previous meetings. Also setting up recurring meetings is super helpful and a breeze. It easily integrates with my google calendar and even helps me schedule time to focus on specific tasks.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The most challenging aspect would be rescheduling meetings. It can be difficult to find the best time for meetings and I wish the AI would send up to 3 recommended reschedule times based on everyone's calendar.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a team that spans several cities and states so Zoom workplace allows us to really be on the same page as far as operations and execution no matter who is in office or not.

 ### 11. Lightweight, Reliable Zoom Workplace with Smooth Meetings and Handy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it is very lightweight and works reliably even on low or unstable internet connections, which is really important during remote work and client meetings. The interface is clean and easy to use, so joining meetings, sharing screens, or collaborating with teammates feels very smooth.

I also use a lot of integrations in my day-to-day workflow, and Zoom connects well with other productivity and collaboration tools, which saves time. Zoom Rooms is another feature I find very useful for office and meeting room collaboration. Recently, the persistent meeting chat feature has also been very helpful because conversations and shared context remain available even after meetings end, making follow-ups much easier.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that some advanced settings and features can feel a bit overwhelming or scattered, especially for new users. Also the max person per meeting should be increased as well.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication by bringing meetings, chat, collaboration, and integrations into one platform, which makes daily work faster and more organized for my company and me.

 ### 12. Seamless for Therapy, Appointments, and Meetings on the Go

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason T. | Investment Marketing , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love the ease of logging on to Zoom Workplace and the great connection it provides, as it seems to always stay connected and runs very smoothly. It's also really convenient that Zoom works great on cellular data; I’m usually on the go without WiFi, and Zoom always works great on my mobile. The initial setup was very easy, which made starting to use it straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I would like to see the time restrictions lifted for non-subscribers. I feel Zoom should increase or remove the 40 minute time limit to at least 1 hour.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace works great on cellular data, allowing me to stay connected smoothly anywhere, making it ideal for therapy, doctor's appointments, and legal meetings. The ease of logging on and its reliable connection are big pluses.

 ### 13. Reliability and Seamless Integration Make Zoom Workplace a Must-Have

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad Sadique A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace offers unmatched reliability and high-quality video/audio, even with less-than-perfect internet connections. The noise suppression effectively filters out disruptive background sounds, and the HD Video option provides clear visuals. Zoom’s intuitive user experience with easy access for guests and a clean interface minimizes initial tech hurdles. I appreciate the seamless screen sharing and collaboration tools, particularly the flexible options to share the entire desktop, a specific application window, or just a portion of my screen. The ability to give remote control to another participant is particularly helpful. The robust whiteboard supports collaborative work with features like sticky notes and real-time cooperation. Breakout Rooms are indispensable for larger meetings, allowing easy management of participants and enhancing engagement. I find the integration with tools like Google Calendar and Slack to create a seamless workflow, reducing context switching. The integration ecosystem further extends productivity, allowing easy scheduling and automatic notifications. I also value the AI Companion, which provides smart summaries and accurate transcription of recordings. Additionally, the security features, like the Waiting Room, give me control over meeting access, ensuring professionalism and safety.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is my go-to platform, it is not without its frustrations. Here are the areas where I feel it falls short or could be significantly improved: 1. **Resource Heaviness and Battery Drain:** Zoom is notoriously resource-intensive. On laptops, especially older models or MacBooks, running a Zoom meeting with video on can cause the fans to spin up loudly and drain the battery rapidly. This limits my mobility. I often have to stay plugged into power during long days of back-to-back meetings, which tethers me to my desk. It also causes performance lag if I’m trying to run other heavy applications. 2. **Inconsistent AI Companion Performance:** While the AI Companion is a great concept, its execution can be hit-or-miss. The summaries sometimes miss nuanced context or action items, especially if multiple people speak over each other. It struggles with accents or mixed-language conversations, leading to inaccurate transcriptions. Sometimes the real-time translation or summary features lag, making them less useful in fast-paced discussions. I still find myself taking manual notes because I don’t fully trust the AI to capture everything accurately. 3. **Chat and Messaging Experience Lags Behind Competitors:** Compared to Slack or Microsoft Teams, Zoom’s chat interface feels clunky and secondary. Finding old messages or files in chat history is difficult and slow. The threading model is not as intuitive, making long discussions hard to follow. Notification management is less granular, leading to either too many interruptions or missing important messages. 4. **'Zoom Fatigue' and Lack of Natural Cues:** Seeing yourself constantly is distracting and increases self-consciousness. While you can hide self-view, it’s not the default, and many users don’t know how to change it. The camera offset means you never truly make eye contact and even slight audio latency disrupts the natural rhythm of conversation. 5. **Mobile App Limitations:** The mobile experience is significantly stripped down compared to the desktop version. Many advanced features are unavailable or hard to access on mobile. Joining meetings on cellular data can be inconsistent, and switching between Wi-Fi and data often drops the connection. 6. **Calendar and Scheduling Friction:** While integrations exist, scheduling recurring meetings with complex patterns is cumbersome. Time Zone confusion persists, as well as issues with editing recurring series. I spend extra time double-checking times and dates, which slows down the scheduling process. 7. **Security and Privacy Concerns:** Despite improvements, there’s always a lingering concern about data privacy. Understanding where data is routed and stored can be complex for enterprise users. Managing the waiting room for large public events can become a bottleneck. For highly sensitive discussions, I sometimes hesitate to use Zoom for certain types of data sharing.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace bridges geographic gaps, centralizes communication, enhances meeting productivity, offers reliability and ease of access, and provides recording and documentation, making it my hub for remote communication.

 ### 15. A Game-Changer for Remote Collaboration with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sujeewa B. | Data Analyst, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace heavily for remote collaboration while working from home. It keeps the team aligned and collaborative, even though we aren't in the same room. I like the built-in AI assistant, which acts as a virtual minute-taker for all my meetings. It automatically creates a summary of the meeting and a list of action items as soon as we finish, saving me hours of administrative work each week. The initial setup was super quick, just a fast download, a quick sign-in, and all my preferences were ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It uses a lot of memory, which can cause some lag when I'm screen-sharing heavy dashboards.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for remote collaboration, keeping the team aligned. The AI assistant saves me hours by summarizing meetings and listing action items.

 ### 16. Zoom: The best tool for virtual meetings and communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom is the easiest to use teleconferencing platform. It is very user friendly, looks professional for 1:1 and group meetings, and is very effective for hosting seamless webinars. I love using Zoom for virtual meetings and love the calendar integration with my Gmail account to easily book meetings and include a Zoom link for my guests. Zoom is also extremely reliable and I have never had an issue with it. I can always count on Zoom for my video conferencing needs.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I have no dislikes abut Zoom. I have never had any problems using it and think it's a platform that should be universally adopted. Zoom is consistent, dependable, and is easy to use for virtual meetings with external stakeholders or internal colleagues.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom solves for communication. I can use Zoom to meet with my colleagues virtually, as we are not always in the same physical location at the same time. Using Zoom in the workplace has made communication, both for 1:1 and large group meetings with colleagues and externally stakeholders, easier and more seamless. I know that I can depend on Zoom when I need to host a virtual meeting, and its features like breakout rooms, whiteboards, and AI transcription make it an extremely powerful tool for communication. I also have come to value the AI note-taking aspect of Zoom because it automatically transcribes my meeting notes, which I can later refer to for knowledge and referencing specific action items for my projects. It's a great communication tool and is always evolving to meet my professional needs!

 ### 17. Effortless and Intuitive with Robust AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elan W. | Managing Member, Arbitrator, and Mediator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and easy to understand. I also appreciate the recent AI features that make Zoom Workplace extremely efficient. These features allow for robust note-taking and meeting summaries, significantly cutting down on post-meeting emails. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy; it was just download and run.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

On occasion, the program crashes, leading me to restart it or even restart a meeting, which is worse. I've had to clone my connection, what's known as a ghost connection, to sometimes ensure meeting continuity.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for mediations and arbitrations in a virtual environment. The AI features help with robust note-taking and meeting summarization, cutting down significantly on post-meeting emails.

 ### 18. Clean, Reliable Video Calls with AI Companion That Boosts Team Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The absolute best thing about Zoom Workplace is how it seamlessly wraps everything a team needs into one highly reliable package. Starting with the UI/UX, the platform remains remarkably clean and intuitive; you don't need a manual to navigate it, which makes onboarding new hires and utilizing their support resources incredibly straightforward. This ease of use is backed by legendary performance—the video and audio stay stable without freezing or dropping, even when the home Wi-Fi is struggling.

Beyond just the basic video calls, it fits perfectly into the daily workflow thanks to deep integrations with existing calendars, emails, and CRMs, meaning far less frantic tab-hopping. But the real game-changer right now is the built-in AI / Intelligence. Having an AI Companion handle the grunt work—like summarizing an hour-long meeting into actionable bullet points or privately answering 'What did I miss?' if you join late—is a massive stress reliever. When you combine all these centralized tools into a single platform, the pricing and overall ROI become undeniably strong because it effectively replaces the need to pay for three or four separate productivity apps.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While I don't personally have to wrestle with software bugs, if I were using Zoom Workplace daily, my biggest frustration would be how cluttered it has become. The platform is suffering from "feature creep," and the once-simple UI/UX now feels bloated because it's aggressively pushing its own tools rather than focusing on seamless integrations with the Google or Microsoft suites that teams already use. This heavy, all-in-one approach drags down desktop performance, notoriously chewing through battery life and turning laptops into space heaters during long calls. Because the interface is constantly shifting to accommodate these updates, onboarding new staff has become surprisingly complicated, and trying to get real human support when things break often means navigating a frustrating maze of automated bots. Even the heavily marketed AI / Intelligence tools have their drawbacks, as the AI summaries can sometimes miss the nuance of a conversation or hallucinate details, forcing you to double-check its work. Ultimately, this all negatively impacts the pricing and ROI—it's hard to justify paying a premium for a massive, bulky suite of forced features when you really just wanted a fast, reliable video conferencing app.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The "App Toggle" Fatigue: Before platforms consolidated like this, you’d have a video app open, a separate team chat running, a document editor in another browser window, and your calendar buried somewhere else. Zoom Workplace pulls all of that into one interface. The benefit? It stops you from constantly context-switching and chasing down information across a dozen different tabs, which saves a ton of daily mental energy.

Post-Meeting Amnesia: We’ve all been in those chaotic hour-long meetings where a hundred ideas fly around, the call ends, and everyone immediately forgets who was actually assigned to what task. By embedding AI right into the call, it handles the note-taking and extracts real action items. The benefit is huge: it turns "let's follow up" talk into an automatic, finished to-do list without anyone needing to spend an extra 20 minutes writing a recap email.

The "Sorry I'm Late, What Did I Miss?" Awkwardness: If you get delayed and join a meeting 15 minutes late, you usually have to awkwardly interrupt the speaker or sit there cluelessly trying to piece things together. With the live AI assistant, you can privately type a quick prompt to get a text summary of what’s happened so far. It solves that context gap instantly, letting you catch up and contribute seamlessly without derailing the live conversation.

The Technical Friction: There is an understated anxiety in wondering if your software is going to glitch right before an important presentation, or if an external client won't be able to figure out how to log in. Because the core video engine remains rock-solid and joining is still just a one-click process, it eliminates that baseline tech stress. The benefit is pure peace of mind—you get to focus entirely on your actual presentation instead of playing impromptu IT support.

 ### 19. Zoom Makes Team Meetings Easy with Screen Sharing, Chat, Recording, and Breakout Rooms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jalisa B. | Student Government & Library Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love that you are able to share your screen during a presentation or service if you are doing it on zoom. Also, you are allowed to join with many other members of your team to have a conservation and meet at one place where ever your are no matter the location. In addition, I love that even though a presentation is going on you are able to speak in chat with the peers in the meetings and even record so you can have notes for later and also create breakout rooms to talk with your team members and colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I currently dislike the connection of zoom sometimes, it will randomly disconnect you from the zoom room and cause you to rejoin again. Also, the recording limit that it gives you and if you go over you have to create a whole new meeting. Lastly, I don’t like when you create and save a setting in zoom it sometimes does not save and you will have to keep in repeating the process.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Zoom Workplace is solving for me is having an all in one easy software that I can use to chat, video, record, and have a whiteboard during a meeting and also allows me to keep track of how much meeting was hard and removes the hassle for having different networks for the colleagues to use making it easy to have everything in one place.

 ### 20. Easy-to-Use Zoom Workplace with Great Video Quality, Screen Sharing, and Recording

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satvik D. | Student, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is easy to use for classes and group work. The video quality is good, and features like screen sharing and recording are really helpful. That said, the free plan’s time limit can feel restrictive at times, especially when a session runs longer than expected.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The free version has a 40-minute limit, which can interrupt classes and break the flow. I also run into occasional connectivity issues, and the app can lag at times, which affects the overall experience. On top of that, there are frequent updates, and they can be a bit annoying.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve remote learning challenges by making it easy to run virtual classes, hold meetings, and collaborate. It lets me attend lectures smoothly, share ideas with others, and access recordings when I need them, which adds flexibility and supports my productivity.

 ### 21. Essential for screen sharing and remote team collaboration.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandra K. | Digital Operations & AI Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The two specific features I want to add are Ease of access, it is really useful as one can join the meeting without needing to create an account, and its performance, the sharing screen feature is very stable.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

the Limit: The 40 minutes limit of free version is quite short for detailed discussions which forces to restart meetings.
System Resources: Sometimes the app uses a lot of my laptop's battery which makes the computer run a bit slow if I have more tabs open.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of attending meetings and workshops where I cannot present in person. It helps people connect in real time without being physically present by filling the gap between physical and digital.
The best feature of the Zoom is that it allows to record meeting and go back and watch it later if needed.

 ### 22. Easy Cross-Platform Meetings with Zoom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ernie S. | Senior Accounting Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like the way I can use any platform (pc or iPhone) to connect to meetings. It’s very useful to be able to see the other people, especially if you don’t work in the same office.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes it takes several steps to log into a meeting. Especially from a link. My last meeting I got a meeting notification and when I clicked on it, the window opened up and asked me if I want to connect via the app or via the Zoom Workplace site. It should be an automated process to open Zoom and then connect to the meeting.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work remotely for a company in PA, I live in WA, so it’s easy to have a Zoom meeting for training when I first started and weekly meetings for updates on my progress.

 ### 23. Quick Meeting Setup and Reliable Global Audio/Video with Zoom Workspace

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshuman D. | Member — Rotaract Club of BMS College of Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that you can quickly create meetings and invite the members you want in just a few seconds. Also, with the help of Zoom Workspace, you can connect with anyone from any part of the world using its live audio and video features.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I dislike the video call limit on the free plan: meetings can only be 45 minutes long. After that, almost everything requires a paid plan. Also, the Zoom mobile app feels heavy and can be slightly laggy on older devices.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This definitely solves the problem of not being able to see your loved ones when they live far away. You can connect instantly with solid video quality at almost any time, simply by sharing a link. For me, it’s especially helpful because it keeps me connected to family and friends who aren’t in the same state or even the same country. I can video call whenever I want and don’t really feel the distance between us.

Setting up meetings for my teams & external members is so easy they’ve continuously made improvements & refine the product by adding new features such as the AI options for note taking

 ### 25. The ideal all in one platform to connect, collabe and record.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** swarnika g. | Project coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It's the best platform for any type of meeting, either internal or external, we can easily record the call in both audio and video formats. This really helps to keep a record of the meeting.

This improved my projects, as I am a manager in a creative agency, so if some details are missed from my side, I can checkit agin on recording.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes my meeting is extended by 10-15 min. We can't extend the time. The call gets disconnected after half an hour. This is the issue I have faced many times.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's providing the meeting recording, which helps me create the meeting notes easily.

 ### 26. Zoom Workplace: Robust Features, Superior Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ramzeed M. | Product Design Intern - STEM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I find Zoom Workplace really helpful for attending meetings, interviews, and workshops, especially living in India and needing to connect with clients abroad. The breakout rooms are a standout feature, allowing one team to work on something separately and come up with solutions, which I can't do with other software like Google Meet. I also appreciate the ability to record meetings, so if I'm late or miss something, I can review it later. Transcriptions are incredibly useful for understanding speakers with different accents. The hand-raising feature is helpful for questions without interrupting the speaker. I also like that Zoom integrates with a wider range of tools like Slack. The initial setup was straightforward and intuitive, as I figured it out just by downloading the app and using it.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

App feels resource heavy when being used along side with design tools like figma or adobe. Whiteboard feature is too basic for actual design feedback sessions

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me attend international meetings efficiently with features like breakout rooms and transcription. It's better than Google Meet, with robust quality, recording options, and flexibility. It's great for managing teams and understanding different accents.

 ### 27. Stability and Versatility in Online Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauro Andrés M. | Jefe de operaciones, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I highlight most about Zoom Workplace is the good quality of audio and video, it is easy to set up and its use is very fast. The tools are very useful and I can access them from any device. This allows me to share screens and documents, which facilitates team work and helps me follow classes no matter where I am. The accessibility gives me flexibility to quickly connect to meetings. Additionally, Zoom is more stable for long meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The consumption of resources is a problem, sometimes it consumes a lot and slows down the phone a bit. When the internet connection is not good, it could improve the translation and the language in Spanish. The interface could be improved in some functions.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace allows me to communicate with my team even if we are in different locations, and it makes organization easier for me. I can share screens and documents, which facilitates teamwork, and accessing from any device gives me the flexibility to quickly join meetings.

 ### 28. Robust Remote Communication with Stellar Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryl Jacob J. | Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of access and the ability to integrate with tools like Outlook and Slack. The AI companion and transcripts are extremely useful, especially for generating meeting summaries that serve as minutes. I appreciate the interface and look of Zoom as well. Integration with Slack helps me by giving reminders of meetings throughout the day, and with Outlook, it's simple to add a Zoom link to meetings, making collaboration easy. The AI companion is particularly helpful for remembering discussions and articulating action items. It was also very easy to set up initially, just a matter of installing and logging in through enterprise SSO.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I feel like it can get somewhat tricky to access the transcripts and recordings sometimes, you need to navigate through a lot of pages to get to it. It would be useful if the transcripts and recordings had a shortcut of sorts, to be able to use easily. It would also be useful to integrate something like Claude or ChatGPT, so that it can listen to the conversation in real time and you can ask prompts to them. AI companion somewhat does this already, but it would be helpful to be able to use Claude also.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace allows me to communicate remotely, manage large meetings with control options, and record sessions. The AI companion and transcripts provide summary and clarity, while integration with Outlook and Slack keeps me organized and on schedule.

 ### 29. Seamless Setup, Great for Webinars

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abolaji A. | Gen Z Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings and find it really helpful, especially during this shift towards more online interactions. One standout feature I like is the ability to stream to other platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and LinkedIn, which is really great for webinars. This makes it easier to reach a larger audience and achieve our goals. I also find the initial setup of Zoom Workplace to be very perfect and seamless.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I feel Zoom Workplace can do better in terms of generating meeting links. Sometimes it's easier on other webinar platforms to generate meeting links. It's impossible for me to use the same link I've created once before for all our meetings. This could be improved to make it more convenient.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is really helpful for virtual meetings, especially with busy schedules. The ability to stream to YouTube, Twitch, and LinkedIn during webinars helps us reach a wider audience and achieve our goals.

 ### 30. Reliable, Easy-to-Use, Budget-Friendly Meeting Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeroen C. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace to have meetings, get AI notes, and host webinars. It makes hosting meetings and webinars really easy, and I never have to take notes anymore. It's very reliable and stable, which is important because I need a meeting and webinar tool I can rely on instead of it flaking out. It's generally easy to use, and it's friendly on the budget, offering a good price for the package. All my customers and my team understand Zoom. I found the initial setup very easy, and I appreciate how stable it is, especially since, at the time, Google Meet didn't allow using the screen both to share and see people.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The settings are very difficult to navigate, and as an admin, I'd like to be able to get all transcripts of the team easily from the API.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to host meetings and webinars effortlessly, and AI-generated notes mean I never have to take notes again.

 ### 31. zoom- my go to tool for all my meeting needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad A. | Team Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The ability to bring communication, collaboration, and productivity into a single platform. I have been using it for more than 5 years now. Apart from meetings, features like chat, white boarding, and the post meeting summary work like a charm. user friendly UI, ease of access and the accessablity are added advantages.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

i am yet to learn on how to room the break rooms. Sometimes, too many icons on the screen make me feel sick. The always-on-top icon bar sometime feels redundant during the calls. Chats seem to disapper once the call is over. Sync with my google calendar sometimes feel broken.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I usually use it for internal team and external client meetings. The external meeting part is more important to me. The after-meeting summary is something i consider a blessing.

 ### 32. An All-in-One Communication Hub with Memory Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace for high-quality, reliable video and audio conferencing with screen sharing and annotation, often while traveling. I love how it supports persistent team collaboration with Zoom Team Chat, letting me connect with colleagues, share files, and maintain conversation threads easily. Utilizing Zoom Docs is fantastic for creating, editing, and sharing documents directly within the platform, along with AI-powered assistance for drafting content. The seamless 'all-in-one' environment feels integrated, with AI and collaboration tools truly working together. Zoom Workplace has become much more than a video conferencing tool; it's an essential hub for our daily operations, simplifying remote communication and keeping teams aligned. The simple installation process is great because signing in with an existing Google or Microsoft account removes the hassle of creating a new password from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

As Zoom Workplace has transformed into an 'all-in-one' app, the software has become increasingly memory-heavy, leading to high CPU usage and 'low system resources' errors on older hardware or laptops with limited RAM during intense group calls. It also cannot access information in external tools like Google Docs or Slack, which can cause incomplete summaries if a project's information exists outside of Zoom. Moreover, while Zoom generates great summaries, it lacks a dedicated cross-meeting task manager. Currently, action items are buried within individual meeting recaps, and a centralized 'Action Center' for aggregating all AI-generated tasks into a single, prioritized list would be beneficial.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for high-quality video conferencing, team collaboration, and document creation. It solves fragmentation by consolidating chat, writing, and meetings into one platform, reducing mental load and time lost switching contexts.

 ### 33. Solid for Online Learning, Needs Connectivity Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal N. | Pre Final Year Mechanical Engineering Student, Manufacturing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really like the team chatting, file sharing, and the ability to take meeting notes during lectures. These features are really useful when I'm teaching or demonstrating something, like a product or a PPT. They help make my work more enhanced. Plus, the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was super easy; signing up with Google or Apple ID was all it took, and I was in.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think Zoom Workplace could be improved in a few areas. Privacy concerns are definitely one thing that could be better. Also, it's really dependent on having a stable internet connection, and poor connectivity can be an issue. Free plans could be enhanced. There are also technical glitches sometimes, like the microphone not working or screen sharing problems, and audio glitches that could be resolved.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for presentations, teachings, and webinars. It's helpful for project demonstrations and technical support, making my teaching and presentation more effective. Team chatting, file sharing, and note-taking during lectures enhance my experience.

 ### 34. Easy to Use, Excellent Video Conferencing with Zoom Workplace

G2 users also frequently praise its ease of use and call quality, which matches my experience.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The only thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is the free video conference duration limit, which is around 45 minutes. I think it should be at least 1 hour.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me conduct remote Salesforce training sessions, client discussions, and internal meetings efficiently. I use it for screen sharing demos, recording sessions, and managing communication without needing multiple tools. This saves time and improves collaboration

 ### 35. Smooth Video Calls with Great Noise Reduction and Transcripts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

My favorite videochat technology from my laptop -- I like the call smoothness, background noise reduction, and transcript / summaries

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It is more difficult to take calls by phone with Zoom app. Just today the call I was on had difficult hearing me and switching off of Car Speaker bluetooth to direct phone speaker / microphone (not to mention battery burn during calls).

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two areas of innovation that have been noticeable and helpful have been with active voice recognition / training (even better background noise reduction), and AI call summaries and notes / to dos. These benefit me because I work from home at a multinational startup, and I'm on Zoom meetings over 50% of most work days with my team and clients, and rely on smooth seamless meetings. Meeting notes and to dos provided in a quicker, more actionable way make my time more effective -- I already don't have enough of time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace for internal work calls and for video calls with customers and prospects. I appreciate the seamless and smooth audio and video calls it provides, along with useful AI features like call transcriptions. I really like the chat and screen share features, which let me add commentary or highlight key details in presentations. Sharing my screen is easy and allows me to point out important functionalities to my audience. Zoom was very easy to set up, as I only needed to load my name and picture.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think that some of my prospects who are heavy Teams users have too hard of a time connecting to audio. I also wish that there were more subtle background images that could be used.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace provides seamless calls with audio and video, useful AI features like call transcriptions, and easy screen sharing for presentations.

 ### 38. Intuitive UI with Room for Transition Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** R. N. | Senior Learning Technologies Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace to meet with customers and facilitate online workshops. I find it to be the most commonly used meeting platform, which allows me to seamlessly meet with others using its intuitive UI that doesn't require much explaining. I like many features such as the Zoom breakout rooms, whiteboard, auto-generated captions, and the AI assistant. The breakout rooms are particularly helpful as they allow a smaller subset of the group to have focused discussions that would otherwise take longer in a larger group. The AI assistant is also valuable because it sends me a summary of the meeting after it's done. Additionally, the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The transitions, whether they be from one Zoom meeting to another, or from the main room to a breakout room, would be good to improve. There is often a large lag that causes delays or you have to leave the meeting and come back again to get it working right.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to meet with customers and run workshops. It has an intuitive UI for easy meetings, breakout rooms for focused discussions, and an AI assistant that summarizes meetings.

 ### 39. Robust Conferencing with Excellent Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul P. | Customer Support Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace for its ability to take control of a client's computer with their permission, which saves a lot of time when guiding clients through on-screen instructions. I also appreciate the option to share either the entire screen or a single screen and enjoy the ease of annotation. The real-time closed caption feature is particularly useful for understanding clients better. Additionally, initial setup was very easy—just install, sign up, and start using. It's also integrated with my Google Calendar, allowing me to see my whole day's call schedule.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I've noticed that if the internet is weak, calls can drop. It would be helpful if Zoom Workplace could automatically ask or turn off the video when the internet connection is weak. Also, it has so many features that can be confusing for first-time users. There should be an option to customize its UI according to the user's needs.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for scheduling client calls, generating transcripts, and summarizing calls with AI. It helps my team in reviews and allows VOIP communication, making it easier to manage and communicate directly with clients.

 ### 40. Efficient Tool for Agricultural Connectivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raj A. | Field Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I find Zoom Workplace invaluable for maintaining connections with farmers, colleagues, and stakeholders. It's a fantastic platform for passing on important information to multiple people at once, making it an efficient tool for technology transfer to end users. I love how it allows scientists to connect directly with farmers, providing knowledge about new crops and technologies, which improves technology transfer and adoption. Communication is key, and Zoom Workplace really supports communication and extension efforts. I also appreciate how easy it was to get acquainted with, as just one meeting was enough for us to become familiar with it. I've also appreciated its wider adaptability in most areas, though there is room for improvement in remote locations.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I have to deal with farmers in remote areas, so there are issues with network connectivity in many places, which leads to ineffective communication. Zoom is still lacking in some of the very remote places in the country, which I hope they will address soon.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to efficiently maintain connections with farmers, colleagues, and stakeholders. It solves the issue of reaching multiple people simultaneously to achieve common goals, facilitating effective technology transfer to end users.

 ### 41. Easy to Use, Perfect for Business Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gianbattista G. | Responsabile amministrativo, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace is very easy to use. When I need to communicate to my clients that we will have a meeting on Zoom, it is simple for them to go to the site, download the program, and install it without any need for assistance from me, which makes the whole process very smooth. I appreciate the fact that clients can access the meeting independently with a few clicks and become operational immediately. Furthermore, the initial setup process is really simple, with basic and elementary steps that do not require much effort.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The use of the meeting duration setting could be improved because sometimes you might set a duration and then realize there's not enough time. Receiving the alert that the meeting is about to end and having to tell participants that it needs to be extended distracts me from the focus. It would be better to be able to set a longer duration from the start, and then perhaps finish earlier if necessary.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to connect with clients who are not in my city, allowing meetings even in remote work. It facilitates screen sharing to display reports and tables, and it is easy to use for anyone.

 ### 42. All-in-One Collaboration Made Easy with Zoom Workplace’s AI Companion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naman K. | Solution engineer , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it combines meetings, chat, phone, docs, and AI features into a single, easy-to-use platform, making collaboration seamless without switching between multiple tools. Its AI Companion is especially helpful for summarizing meetings, generating notes, and capturing action items, which saves time and boosts productivity. The platform’s reliability, high-quality video/audio, and accessibility across devices make it ideal for remote and hybrid work, helping teams stay connected, organized, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Some downsides of Zoom Workplace are that its expanding feature set can make the interface feel cluttered and slightly overwhelming, especially for new users who only need basic meeting functionality. Performance can occasionally lag when using multiple features at once, and heavy reliance on a stable internet connection can impact call quality. Additionally, advanced AI and collaboration features are often locked behind higher-tier plans, and notification overload across chat, meetings, and emails can become distracting if not properly managed.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, chat, calls, and collaboration tools into one unified platform. This reduces the need to switch between multiple apps, improves coordination, and ensures that conversations, files, and decisions are all in one place. It also addresses inefficiencies in meetings through AI-powered summaries and action items, helping teams save time and stay aligned. From a business perspective, this leads to better communication, faster decision-making, improved remote collaboration, and overall higher productivity, especially for distributed or hybrid teams.

 ### 43. Zoom Workplace: User-Friendly with Occasional Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love that even if I'm not paying for Zoom Workplace, I can have an hour of a free meeting, and I think that's really wonderful. I also like that I can give reactions so that if I'm asking questions, people can raise their hands. And I like the private chat feature. I really enjoy that the private chat allows me to be more accessible to people who can't necessarily hear too well. I love that the chat features become permanent in the meeting, which is useful. The setup was really simple, I could change my name quickly and easily affiliate it with my work email.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think sometimes it's laggy, and the meeting codes are sometimes hard to use if I'm trying to join a meeting quickly.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for meetings and interviews, and I love that it offers a free hour-long meeting. The private chat is great for accessible communication, and I can give reactions, like raising hands, which is helpful during Q&A sessions.

 ### 44. Zoom Is Easy, User-Friendly, and Trusted by Everyone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie G. | Owner , Individual & Family Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how Zoom is easy to use and user-friendly. Most companies use it, and everyday people do too. It’s a well-known platform that many people recognize and rely on.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I can’t say there’s anything I necessarily dislike. That said, I have noticed that when I use a green screen background, there can sometimes be a bit of lag in the connection. However, I’m not entirely sure whether that’s directly related to using the green screen background or if it’s caused by something else.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for quick, seamless face-to-face meetings while working remotely. It also makes it easy to get everyone on a call, and even to present when needed.

 ### 45. Intuitive Meeting Tool with Powerful Hub and AI Companion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Komal S. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

An excellent tool for meetings with a highly intuitive and user-friendly interface. The Hub functionality is particularly impressive, allowing seamless file sharing and organized folder management in one place. Overall, a very effective and well-designed platform for collaboration and communication.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

1. Some times if you network is poor the call is dropped automatically. I have faced this issue some times.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team relies on Zoom Workplace for conducting meetings and real-time communication during calls. It has been an effective tool for collaboration within the organization.

 ### 46. Reliable Tool with Cluttered Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dayo O. | Senior Analyst | Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I mostly use Zoom Workplace for team meetings, client calls, screen sharing, and remote collaboration. It enhances our collaboration and communication, especially when we're working remotely or across different locations. What I like most is the reliability and ease of use, followed by the audio/video quality. The screen sharing and collaboration features are appealing as well. I also like the meeting recording feature and how easy it is to schedule meetings. The initial setup was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I will say the interface can sometimes be too cluttered with too many features and settings. The interface could be improved by making the layout simpler and easier to navigate. Some of the settings also feel too buried in the menu, which can make it feel too cluttered.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to enhance collaboration and communication, especially remotely or across locations. It makes meetings easy and facilitates screen sharing.

 ### 47. Zoom Workspace Makes Meetings, Phone, Messages, and Summaries Easy to Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

One of the upsides of using Zoom Workspace is that it makes it easy to open the meeting or webinar you need to attend. It’s also simple to navigate to Phone or Messages, and to find summaries when you need them.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Some downsides include the recording, and transcripts could benefit from some upgrades, the ability to organize the meetings by folders or groups to keep track of clients or teams. Tras scripts should be pulled into the AI summaries for consistency. The google integration could benefit for refinement, to ensure it keeps up to date with new/reoccurring meeting and changes.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom workplace has been instrumental in ensuring we have summaries of meetings, transcripts to ensure accuracy as well as recordings to have a record of client meetings in one spot. Additionally, our clients have benefitting from the Zoom interface, stating it is much easier than other similar products.

 ### 48. All-in-One Collaboration with Persistent Chat, Easy Screen Sharing, and Noise Suppression

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mardie G. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It offers an all-in-one collaboration setup with email and calendar, plus docs and a whiteboard. The team chat is persistent, similar to Slack. Screen sharing is easy, and teammates can also remotely control the sharer’s screen when needed. It also includes noise suppression.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes I feel like it uses a lot of memory/RAM, especially on machines that aren’t high-end.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it really improves accessibility when you’re trying to present exactly what you want to show. For example, instead of sharing only a slide, you can share your entire screen or just a portion of it, which is helpful if you don’t want to reveal certain parts of a window on your PC. Also, if the person sharing can’t set up the presentation properly, others can step in and assist them.

 ### 49. Essential Remote Tool with Minor Connectivity Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sidharth R. | Programmatric Associate , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace allows more members to join in for a meeting compared to other platforms, and it's reliable and easy for everyone to join meetings without any glitches or technical hurdles. It's easy to use, making it effective for fast communication and remote collaboration. The inbuilt communication tools are reliable for client interactions, and it offers time and cost efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes I experience connectivity and stability issues with Zoom Workplace, like getting disconnected even though my internet is fine, which leads to video glitches and dropped calls. I think the chat functionality could be stronger and integrations could be better for a smoother workflow. Also, the pricing plan needs improvement to attract more customers, as it's a bit higher compared to competitors like Google Meet. Initially, the setup was a bit confusing, especially when we started using it during the COVID-19 outbreak for remote work.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings and team collaboration, solving communication and coordination challenges when working remotely, providing a platform that's reliable and easy to use, with tools for faster communication and effective remote collaboration.

 ### 50. Zoom Workplace: All-in-One Flow with Rock-Solid Meetings and Time-Saving AI Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu V. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything into one flow instead of scattering work across five different apps.

You’re not just jumping on video calls anymore. You’ve got meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, AI summaries, and calendar coordination all in one place. That reduces context switching, which honestly is where most productivity gets lost.

The meeting experience itself is still the strongest part. It’s stable, even on weaker connections. Screen sharing is smooth. Breakout rooms are easy to manage. For someone working across teams or stakeholders, that reliability matters.

Another big plus is the AI Companion. Automatic meeting summaries and action item capture save real time. Instead of scrambling to take notes, you can focus on the discussion and still walk away with structured follow-ups.

And finally, it scales well. Whether it’s a quick 1:1, a sprint review, or a large stakeholder town hall, it handles all of it without friction.

In short, it reduces coordination overhead. That’s the real win.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One issue is feature overload. There’s meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, clips, AI tools, phone, scheduler and more. While that’s impressive, it can make the interface feel crowded. For new users especially, it’s not immediately clear where to go for what.

Another drawback is that chat still doesn’t feel as fluid as dedicated tools like Slack. Threads can get messy, and long-term knowledge management inside chat isn’t great. It works, but it’s not the strongest part of the platform.

There’s also the pricing structure. Some of the more useful features, especially advanced AI capabilities, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller teams, that can feel limiting.

And finally, performance can dip when running larger meetings alongside multiple integrations. It’s generally stable, but it does demand decent system resources.

So overall, it’s not about major flaws. It’s more about complexity and positioning. Zoom started as the best video tool in the room. As it expands into an all-in-one workplace platform, it’s still figuring out how to make everything feel equally polished.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, it cuts down fragmentation. Before, teams juggle a video app, a chat tool, a docs/collaboration tool, calendars, and task trackers. That’s context switching—mental friction, lost time, missed details. Zoom Workplace brings those into one ecosystem. That alone smooths communication and coordination.

It also tackles meeting inefficiency. With things like AI summaries, action item extraction, and searchable transcripts, you don’t have to capture every detail yourself or chase people afterward for what was decided. That means less time rehashing and more time acting.

Real-time collaboration is another area. Whiteboards, shared docs, and chat live together around the same session or workspace, so brainstorming feels continuous instead of disjointed across tools.

For teams spread across different locations or time zones, the persistent history in chats and meetings helps too. You don’t have to repeat context—newcomers can catch up quickly.

The benefit of all this is simpler workflows. Fewer apps to switch between, clearer handoffs between conversation and action, and less “where did we put that?” when you need past context. You save time, reduce friction, and keep everyone aligned without relying on seven different tools.
