What do you like best about Zoom Into Web?

What I appreciated most was the support and responsiveness throughout the setup process. Whenever we ran into questions or minor technical issues, their team got back to us quickly and explained everything clearly, without making things feel more complicated than they needed to be. What do you dislike about Zoom Into Web?

Overall, my experience was good, although the response time could be a bit slow at times, especially during busy hours. I also felt that some of the setup instructions could have been explained more clearly and in greater detail for first-time users.
