What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

The thing I love most about Zoom Events and webinars include:

1. 100% Uptime

2. Great video quality

3. Good User Interface (mostly)

4. In-depth features - Expanding more on this, I can easily extract user data for those who attended webinar or those who didn't attend the webinar for proper retargeting purposes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

The only thing I disliked about Zoom Events and Webinars is that they have cluttered the software with too many features but haven't given a single thought of placing these features at the right place.

For instance, I wanted to extract users who registered for my webinar. Normally, this information should be easily available. But, I had to go to Account, reports and then select the concerned users.

Though there was a doc for the same but still I feel the feature can be made more easy to reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
