What do you like best about Zoom Contact Center?

What I like the most is that you can connect your Outlook calendar, and it's pretty simple to manage all your tasks using a single program. The design is very user-friendly. It's not as slow as Webex; it works very fast. When it comes to the onboarding, it was really good; they guided us through the whole process and it was pretty helpful. What do you dislike about Zoom Contact Center?

The only thing I can think of that I don’t really like is that you have to go through several steps to edit a name after you’ve added it. That’s the only thing I would change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s been beneficial for our team because we were really struggling to keep track of the candidates we spoke with and then schedule them in Outlook afterward. With Zoom, you can go straight to your calendar, create an event, and have it automatically added to your Outlook calendar, which saves us a lot of time.

Additionally, you can easily look up your teammates on the platform by searching their names instead of having to type in their extension numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
